This is the guy that did the direct rips that this thread links to. I've just finished editing the music samples so that they feel more like complete songs rather than a "try before you buy" sort of thing. I highly recommend re-downloading them to reap the fruits of my labor! I have a lot of experience with music editing, so the loop points should be as seamless as the source material would allow. I also matched the compression settings of the source material, so the sound quality should be near exact.

This was 3db quiter than the rest of the songs. I've simply raised the volume while avoiding peaking or applying any sort of dynamic compression.
Menu 1:

The original sample fades out as it builds up to an intense moment. I have it loop back to the song's theme at that point.
Yoshi's Story Ending:

Used the drums near the beginning and end as a loop point.
Metroid Boss Battle Music (Ridley Fight)

This song loops perfectly. Even though I've always liked Ridley's music, I hope that they have a few variations in the final version since the song does get old if you loop it too many times.
The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Medley:

Tweaked the ends so that this song sounds like a complete composition. Ending at the climax with Saria's song then going to Space Armada is surprisingly satisfying.
Star Fox Space Armada:

Found the same instrumentation near the ends of the song, and used that spot as a loop point.
Enjoy!
