never played animal crossing, but this music...i love it! it's soft and epic at the same time! it's a good mixture. but i guess this is the song we'll hear at 8 PM every saturday, so bummer

I thought the same thing. I'd like it better that way. I like K. K.'s singing because it is obviously synthesized and annoyingly funny . But I also don't like it for the same reason. It would be a nice "easter egg" and truer to Animal Crossing if he only sang on Saturdays.

some people are already griping about how some of the music files are midis and not orchestrated. IMO...music in this game should be all about the sounds and emotions they evoke.... and so farthey have done a great job with the compositions.

I'm VERY excited about the game having the newly announced amount of music, even if some of them are untouched. No wonder they aren't orchestrating all of the songs.

Best music update ever. The new feature shows how amazingly customizable Brawl will be, raising hopes for things like a random-explosions-OFF-switch.

And I've long been looking forward to a Pokemon music update.
My hopes seemed kinda disappointed when I heard the hardly spectacular, slow Gym theme... but the Evolution theme was an incredibly cool touch. I would never have expected that this plain assortment of doots and deets could sound so awesome in a rock version. =D
Way to cut off the song at the best part, Sakurai! *shakes fist*
Let's hope the Evolution part starts a series of more rock in that song and it doesn't just revert back to the plain ol' "daaa... da-da-DA da-daaaaaah...".
