Smashfest/STD at Zoap's House(Norcal)8/8/08 WE NEED WII's+Brawl!!!

Ok so here's what is happening. As of Thursday night I have the whole house to myself and will, if there is enough interest hold an STD. If you are interested PM me on here or preferably on Aib. The day after(Friday) there WILL be a smashfest. As of right now I have 4-5 TV's that can play brawl and only one Wii setup. Along with brawl I will setup my Gamecube and an additional TV with Melee. And if enough people want I have another TV that I can use for N64(Smash, 007, Mario Kart).

First off lets start with the rules:

1. If you damage anything in my house you will pay(money) for it.
2. Garbage cans are there for a reason if you leave trash around for me to pick up, well you won't ever get a chance to do it again.
3. Please for God's sake if you spill on my carpet tell me. If you don't tell me and I find it I'll tell everyone to leave.
4. Bring your own ****ing controller
5. My refrigerator, is just that, MINE. If your going to bring something to be refrigerated tell me b4 just sticking it in.
6. I might buy sodas or water for this but if I don't, don't just take mine and assume its ok.
7. Depending on how many people show up, there will be a match(possibly set) rule in place. If you lose the match you get up, simple as that. There will most likely be a teams TV and the same rule applies if there are people waiting
8. Don't steal my ****. If you take anything OMG YOUR JUST A DOUCHE, and you prob will leave with less than you came with(teeth that is)

Thursday Night
10:00pm-Friday: STD

Friday
8:00am- Are you ****ing kidding don't show up this early or I will kill you
9:00am- First arrivals Smashfest begins
12:00pm-1:00pm- Will most likely order pizza(Dominos)
4:00pm-5:00pm Everyone leaves

I will and can pick people at BART, for both the STD and Smashfest. Here's how it will work. If you want to come to the STD be at either Dublin BART at 8:30pm(Thursday) or be at Pittsburg/Baypoint any time after 9:30pm. If you are on the way back(I will be in Dublin) and you want to come to the STD but don't want to ride BART contact me and we may be able to work something out(I will not be able to take you back).

For the smashfest I will be picking people up after either Pierre or Snap arrives to the Smashfest. So around 10 I will pick you up. For the way back, depending on how many people show up via BART for the STD determines how many I can pick up for the smashfest. So whats the best thing to do? Tell me you need a BART ride early.

I am interested in coming. Not 100% confirming though. I'm also curious as to the method behind your grouping of the invite list. What is the significance of the 8 groups? Are Pocky and I a unit now? Can I bring a 2 liter of Club Soda to put in your fridge? Also, and more importantly, if I steal something from you can I pick out the teeth that are to be removed? I still have my wisdom teeth, it would be nice to get those taken care of while benefitting from stolen Zoap goods.

I grouped people mostly based on who I associate them with. I associate you with pocky because of the hub. The 8 groups eh perhaps 08/08/08 with 8 groups is best. Yes you can bring that toxic thing you call a drink and store it in my fridge. I on the other hand get to choose the teeth as I don't want to end up with the disgusting rotting ones.

I'm interested in the STD but not 100% sure its worth it because I have work on friday. If I did go I would be taking bart. Would I be able to get a ride back to bart in the morning? What time does bart start up at anyway?

AlAxe: Yes you can come, and as to the BART, I believe they begin running at 4:30 on weekdays, I can give you a ride there if needed in the morning.
Pocky: I actually didn't wear a wetsuit, as the water in the Carribean was about 82 degrees.

I will actually see about doing that; I haven't used any vacation time yet so I should have a bit stored up, and I don't know about the carry-over policy at the end of the year so maybe I need to start burning them

MEXICAN wants to go...possibly. lol. I have thursday off, but work friday so i'm probably not going to stay for the smashfest, but i might be able to make it to the STD. (I have a feeling that Zoap is going to say that i can't come because i'm a DIRTY MEXICAN, and he wants non-dirty people there. =)). But yeah...i can definately bring KFC and DARKMIKE with me too if i go....Don't you just love how i put anyone and anything involving the FTA in all caps? lol

I've been looking at this thread for the past couple days now, wondering if I should ask if I can go. I would need a ride from BART but I have a cube/melee. I've never played Brawl, but I might be good at it considering how many Melee ppl tell me I "roll too much". But umm Zoap I don't think I've ever met you. I'm new to the smash community so far I've been to QF8 and QF9
