Smashfest/STD at Zoap's House(Norcal)8/8/08 WE NEED WII's+Brawl!!!

I'm pretty sure I'll be there for the STD with my friend. I've got work in the at 1 on friday so I don't think I'll stick around for the smashfest. We can make it to either the Dublin Bart station or the Pittsburg Bay Point station, its almost the exact same fare from where I live. Just let me know which station would be most convenient for you. Also how will I recognize you. I guess I could call you to figure that out. We could also bring two wii's with Brawl if need be.

Turns out i don't work on Friday, so the FTA can stay for the smashfest...but i'll only stay if Zoap wears a Brett Favre jersey....but what are the odds of that ever happening???.....oh yeah, and also, Brawl sucks. =)

***edit*** -I don't know if Meep is coming...i haven't even asked him about it. lol. I don't know how he made it on the list. Oh yeah, and i don't know if it's needed anymore or not, but i can bring an N64 with smash and a cube with melee.....But i don't think that i'll be able to bring a tv because i don't think it'll fit in my car...

Mexican, I thought you nubs lived together thats the only reason lol. And no need for the 64 but you can bring the cube/melee as if we have a lack of wiis then i might as well have melee going.

i told my boss i needed tomorrow off since i was going to vegas (evo?), so if anyone has good excuses for why i didn't go (i figure that's easier than making up stories of what happened there), that'd be fantastic

my current theory is just that my housing fell through so I didn't go

Yeah, we do live together, but my brother is all about Brawl, i'm all about melee. We haven't been to a tournament together in forever. FTA basically split into the Melee FTA and the Brawl FTA. I'll see if he wants to go..but no promises.

Lol it was great. There were Wiis but everyone ended up playing Melee on them haha

Ok so there was some Brawl too but Melee was totally the majority on thurs night

We had 33 people show up(including myself) for the STD and 21 or so stayed for the Smashfest. It took roughly 1 hr to clean up(put everything back, pick up all the trash and vacuum). In the end I ended up with Zhu's jacket and someones dog tag. During the STD we had 9 stations running during the STD 3 of which were Brawl, 1 Smash 64, 1 Soul Calibur 4, and the other 4 were Melee. To my knowledge nothing was recorded but you never know. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and maybe a sequel in the future.
