All it means is that a premium user picked you out for a prank. You do not gain or lose anything besides the name color and the "pranked" title.

Changing usernames is a feature restricted to members who purchase premium membership. Premium membership is the only way to change your username while retaining your current account, and also comes with several other bonuses.
If you'd rather not pay for premium, the only other option is to abandon your account, and set up a new one. If you want to do this, you'll need to change your email address on your current account, if you wish to reuse it for a new account, and the old account will no longer be usable once you're using the new one.

Correct. Purchase it yourself, or have it bought for you by another member; either way, once the payment is confirmed, the option to change your username is immediately available to you.

Basically, I am going to offer my services to create highlights for different tournaments. And the way would be to simply register on the thread, or ask me on said thread, and then I would prepare the highlight reel for them (of course the thread itself would be a bit more complicated than that)
The thing is, I would like this system to be available for all tournaments of any of the Smash games. So where would be the best spot to place this thread?

Most likely the miscellaneous section of the Smash Connect category. I don't think there's anywhere else that covers all games.

In the rich text editor, click the icon that looks like a film reel (it should say "Media" if you hover over it), and paste the video URL into the box that appears.

In the plain-text editor, the BB code looks like

[media=youtube]<video ID>[/media]

where <video ID> is the part of the URL that appears after the "?v=", but before any & symbol.

You don't click on the "YouTube" link in the box. Just copy the full URL of the video you want to add, and paste it into the box, then click "Embed".

Unfortunately, nothing that I know of for finding long-term training partners. Most people just use Anther's Ladder for finding one-off matches.
