You mean like a table? How do you make a chart?
one | two | three
1 | 2 | 3
4 | 5 | 6
7 | 8 | 9
I suggest going to one of the social groups. This one is probably the most appropriate. If I wanted to share and discuss designing a moveset of a character that does not currently exist in Smash (aka theorycrafting), where would I find/make such a topic?
GunlaHello, I'm new here.
I know that for Smash Rankings Brackets need to be uploaded.
Should I ask my tournament organizer to upload brackets, or can I upload them?
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.
Thanks.
Either you or the organizer can upload them.Hello, I'm new here.

Changing usernames is a feature restricted to members who purchase premium membership. Premium membership is the only way to change your username while retaining your current account, and also comes with several other bonuses.I'd like to modify my username. It will be just "LegendaryDJXYZ" now. Still a merging of my DDR and Pokemon experience without sounding egotistical. I'm doing this on all sites.
Correct. Purchase it yourself, or have it bought for you by another member; either way, once the payment is confirmed, the option to change your username is immediately available to you.So if in some strange way I obtain one month of premium, I can change my username permanently? Understandable. Not sure if I'll do it.
Most people here use Smash Ladder for Melee and Project M, this thread for Wii U battles, and this thread for 3DS battles.Hey Guys! Do you have / recommend a Whatsapp / facebook group for online battles???
Most likely the miscellaneous section of the Smash Connect category. I don't think there's anywhere else that covers all games. So I am planning on starting something soon, and I am having trouble deciding the best location for the thread. Basically, I am going to offer my services to create highlights for different tournaments. And the way would be to simply register on the thread, or ask me on said thread, and then I would prepare the highlight reel for them (of course the thread itself would be a bit more complicated than that)
The thing is, I would like this system to be available for all tournaments of any of the Smash games. So where would be the best spot to place this thread?
Okay thanks for the great and quick response. I really appreciate itMost likely the miscellaneous section of the Smash Connect category. I don't think there's anywhere else that covers all games.
It might be another option, yes.Apologies for the double post, but would the tournament discussion section work as well?
Okay. I am just trying to make as many options available before I choose the exact section to submit the thread to. Thanks for the help again. It might be another option, yes.
In the rich text editor, click the icon that looks like a film reel (it should say "Media" if you hover over it), and paste the video URL into the box that appears. How do you attach videos from YouTube?

Lol I do not get that can U explain a little bit easier; )In the rich text editor, click the icon that looks like a film reel (it should say "Media" if you hover over it), and paste the video URL into the box that appears.

You don't click on the "YouTube" link in the box. Just copy the full URL of the video you want to add, and paste it into the box, then click "Embed".The part about pasting when I click on youtube it just takes me to Utube soooo what do I do do I enter in the video name

There are the various matchmaking threads: Wii U, 3DS, Project M (Wii). Is there any specific thread or board for finding training partners?
Anything for melee? I know of Anther's Ladder, but I've never found it satisfactory for finding a permanent training partner.
Unfortunately, nothing that I know of for finding long-term training partners. Most people just use Anther's Ladder for finding one-off matches.Anything for melee? I know of Anther's Ladder, but I've never found it satisfactory for finding a permanent training partner.

For joining the writing team, you can apply here: http://smashboards.com/applicationform/writing-team.2/formHi, lurker here, but I'm trying to become more smash involved and support the scene at large. Can you give me any info on how I might accomplish this? Like how can I become a writer/contributor/mod/commentator/whatevs?
Awesome! Thank you!For joining the writing team, you can apply here: http://smashboards.com/applicationform/writing-team.2/form
You will have a better chance of being accepted if you can provide sample articles you've written in the past.
For becoming a moderator on the site, apply here: http://smashboards.com/applicationform/forum-moderator.13/form
Naturally, you're more likely to be chosen if you're already an active, helpful contributor to the board you're applying to; you just have to get involved and contribute what you can!
For becoming a commentator on streams, you'll want to get involved with your local scene, and speak to the people who handle streaming.
For just contributing to the site in general, the best place to start is by picking your main(s) from your game of choice, go to their character board, and just contribute whatever advice, tips, and tricks you can.
