He made a pop when he was revealed as a Mii, can you imagine how big the hype would be if he was a full on actual character? I'm not even a particularly big fan of Undertale, but I understand it's place in gaming history and I also think indie games in general are important to rep. Toby Fox has a pretty good relationship with Nintendo that will only continue after this point.

Shooting for diversity here. An indie character would be significant here, as would a FPS character and one as dynamic as Doom Slayer. Kazuya definitely warrants a place and all but we did add Terry just a bit ago, so I consider it lesser priority.
