Mission mode level 1
(I’m imagining these all mostly being themed around one common element between tracks. Here it would be cities.)
Mission 1: New York City - Disable ten green goblin pumpkin bombs
Mission 2: City Escape - Hit 5 ramps
Mission 3: South Town - Hit ten racers
Mission 4: Boston, Monkeychussets - Collect three apes (unlike gobby’s bombs they try to run away)
Mission 5: Midgar Expressway - Beat a lap in a certain amount of time
Mission 6: Springfield Tour - Beat three rivals
Boss: Red Goblin

This symbiote suiting version of good ol’ Gobby flies around the top of a New York building, normally unable to be hit. He throws pumpkin bombs which can be hit back at him by pressing a switch, causing a wall to pop up. Once hit four times he’s defeated. He also has an attack where vines of symbiote will appear from the building to attack you.

Power Rangers

Racers: Tommy Oliver (R.I.P. Jason David Frank), Rita Repulsa, Zayto

This franchise is turning 30 this year (specifically ever since the first season of Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers came out.) As you may know, Power Rangers is the American adaptation of Super Sentai. I believe we are lacking in superhero based franchises so I feel we can do with another being Power Rangers itself given its popularity and familiarity amongst lots of people. The best part about this franchise joining Drifting Dimensions is there there is LOTS of potential in this season for a lot of racers, vehicles and even tracks for sure. Vehicles would mostly be either the zords or even the bikes, villain vehicles, etc.

The King of the Monsters. There's something inherently funny about these huge Kajiu riding around in tiny karts. I wasn't sure if this counted as live action but if the Muppets counts then this should too.

I figured Kong would be allowed since he and the big G are a kind of package deal for crossovers now, with their COD appearance and a second film coming next year, plus Kong doesn't have a lot to work with for a season of his own. This season would pull from both Toho and monster verse designs. I can cut him if this is considered cheating.

Mini Franchise with Two Tracks

Hershey Entertainment and Resorts/Hershey’s Candy

I still feel we need a theme park franchise in the game at some form. Sure, Hershey’s has some characters they have roaming around their theme parks as mascots. But, I feel this franchise could be best represented through tracks to be fair. This iconic chocolate candy brand will gladly join Drifting Dimensions with all the kisses.

Hersheypark

Music: A medley of Hersheypark jingles but remixed

A three-part course where you drive around the theme park similar to my idea for a Six Flags theme park track. Various rides and attractions make cameos as well as the mascots in the background.

Hershey’s Chocolate World Factory Tour and Chocolate World

Music: The Hershey’s Kisses remix of the Liberty Bell theme (I believe that’s what it is)

Now, have a track based on one of the attractions that focuses on the making of the candy. Here, it’s another three part course where you get to see how Hershey’s chocolate is made. Watch out for the various factory equipment though as those are hazards. The course ends at the Chocolate World Store where you will see product placement galore of various Hershey products.

Combines a variety of Atari 2600 games for the racing form, while the battle form is a 1-to-1 replica of a random stage layout from Combat.

It's a movie with LOTS of crossover stuff and Drifting Dimensions is a CROSSOVER race between many franchises!

Track 1: New York Race

A full-on recreation of the very racetrack from the movie through New York City to Central Park.

Music: Take On Me

Track 2: Planet Doom Battleground

The racers find themselves speeding through a huge all-out fight where the final battle took place.

Music: We're Not Gonna Take It

I imagine these tracks would include lots of crossover references and cameos.

Track - Battlefield - Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Takes elements from all the battlefield stages from across smash bros history. Mainly the more fantasy inspired takes of Brawl onwards. All the background elements would show up. Platforms could be used to gain extra paths.

Final Destination
Track - Final Destination - Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Like the above, it takes from all the Final Destination stages from across smash history. From the space ship inspired ultimate to the clashing planets of Wii U to the ..blueness of Brawl. It's a more simple stage but is very visually pretty.
