is there a application that can load a burned dvd of brawl and apply SD cheats(music and texture hacks) at the same time? plz help

Gecko OS is all you need for music and texture hacks. For the burned disk, WiiScrubber works, but if all's you want is textures and music, get Gecko OS 1.9.1 and File Patch 3.5.1

i burned an NTSC brawl disc, im wondering if i can load it AND apply codes? so wiiscrubber can do this? i got something called neo something, all it does is load plain ol brawl up.
