So I just got done watching the direct.

I'm SUPER excited for the 3DS version of Yoshi's Woolly World, especially concerning Poochy's involvement and that he's getting an Amiibo. I might also give the Mario Sports thing a try. Pokemon Sun and Moon stuff was cool, but they could've shown more in my opinion. Everything else was just okay, but not that exciting for me.

As far as I know the only thing we have close to confirming it is that one of the earlier trailers showed the male character wearing a shirt and pants with the same design but different colors during one scene. Ordinarily that'd be as good as confirmed, but you know how Game Freak is with taking out things people liked...

I saw it in theaters, and I enjoyed it. Not absolutely mind-blowing, but worth watching for sure.

This is coming from a guy who typically dislikes Disney movies and has only seen parts of the original Jungle Book, though, if that damages my credibility.

Honestly, as much as people would make fun of me for being a brony, I think I can say that the 2016 Jungle Book is probably my favorite movie of all time.

I've seen it twice when it was out in theaters, and never regretted a single minute.

So, time for something I didn't thoguht happened but it did

remember me talking about getting 2 prs merged into dolphin emulator?

Well, first, I have 4 other prs pending and I am currently working on a bigger one so I am not done with the debugger

but the thing is this: for those who don't know how dolphin dev works, at around each months, they do a blog post about the various progress they made. It's on their website and I actually read a lot of them, it's very fun, nto jsut if you are interested int he emulator, but also if you are interested in engineering; a lot of crazy fixes are listed and some shows.....how strange....games can be developped.

Of course, they cherry pick the changes that happened because well, a lot can happen in a month and a good portion are jsut very trivial.

Which is the idea that I had about my 2 prs, to me, they were trivial (I guess the font fix is and a bit less for the insert nop/blr fix, btu still small). In fact, I had the idea that the debugger wasn't much concerned with the progress report because.....it's a very specific part of dolphin that msot people wouldn;t even know exists and those who do have either very specific use case (like me, reverse engineering for gltich hunting and research) or are basically dolphin devs.

But then I woke up this morning and noticed I got a pmed from someone in the paper mario spedrun discord linking the progress report that I was about to read anyway (it released today) and.....saying congrats???

I clicked and I figured out and.....I basically got hype:

I actually was featured with the 2 pr in the progress report :O

So not only I had only one class of 3 hours (aweosme for friday), but then this happen and I freaking was happy for the rest of the day.

Like, it;s one thing to have your very first FOSS contribution merged, but this is soemthing else.

I never thought this would happen and liek I said, the cool thign about it is I am still not done fixing stuff, I actulally have more ideas :D

I never use Tormy because he's just... redundant. I can steal his Celerity to give to another unit, and if I really just wanted a fire mage for the sake of using Rexflame, I get Sanaki who I get more attached to since she has plot relevance.
