If Sonic returns I'm kind of crossing my fingers we get a stage from Mania rather than from Forces.

I mean ok.. you come to this social thread because Nintenzone thread is pretty much an annoying thread, especially for those like me who likes Xenoblade... but this thread is also a bit cold recently hope some can come back once in a while.

I thought the NintenZone loved Xenoblade? Is there some sort of Xenoblade vs. Fire Emblem war I don't know about?

well.. pretty much normal is that you have some... who really like this game, like me in a social thread
It's a fact taht there are more like FE than XC in NintenZone

You have those have don't give a damn about Xenblade... and you have some who likes to bash the game... especially the newest one

Before XC2's release, the game was somewhat being bash by some pretty active users like Oppo, Gwen, and Shishow when it comes to Pyra's designs...
And then I try to somewhat shut them up and it made them well... think I am "defending"...
I even got "dogpiled" for saying people should stop complain about XC2's designs. While Fire Emblem has some designs that are awkward and they give it a pass because they are just .... likes the Fire Emblem Heros game? Or they just don't bash the game that easily...

Dahlia's reveal stirred the "Xenoblade 2 sexualized designs" debate even more. You have Oppo having a really unconvincing and subjective opinions on the game, which is okay but when you use it as an argument for "XC2 designs are sexualized and that's bad"... well... it won't work.

And you have Gwen keep putting up how XC2's quest system is bad (She didn't even play the game at the time when we were arguing, so that's so annoying) and saying I am "whing" about XC2's review Metacritic score (So it's a shameful and childish thing to whine about a game's score that turns out to be a massive success eh?)
I can keep going more and more, like there's a video I already saw about a XC2 Sexualization Case Study, which some NintenZone users not surprised agreed with the video... while I give a in depth explanation on how the video was being biased and shouldn't be consider a proper case study. Then you have Oppo again bringing up trifling reasons and bring up over stretched arguments...

No grudge on Oppo but his XC2 opinions are really not just worth bringing up... and Xenoblade and especially XC2 gets "bullied" before released and still a tiny bit even to this day.

It's definitely a thread of big personalities. Sadly I can't comment too much as I only have copies of the original & X, and have yet to play them. At most I can say Xenoblade is the only veteran franchise I think makes the most sense for a newcomer for Smash Switch.

Recently I've been focusing on my backlog of retro JRPGs. I'm currently working on the Breath of Fire series, and I hope to then focus on the Lunar series.

Funnily enough, Gen 4 was the first Pokemon Generation that I played, but I didn't end up actually beating it until last year, when I beat Platinum (which I hadn't owned before then).

And glad to see you're enjoying it! After finishing it, Gen 4 is probably my 3rd or 2nd favorite Generation, so I hope you end up quite enjoying it!

I've been itching to do a Black/White 2 Challenge mode run, but I'd need to get a used copy of Black 2 to activate the Key system so I've been putting it off for quite some time now.

I did just get my first paycheck for my new job (working at a community college library), but it's significantly less than usual since I started last week and Monday was Memorial Day.

Need to save up for some bills, and obviously anything from E3 that catches my interest.

We can leave it open or retire it. It mostly depends on how the community moves forward.

At the very least it'd be nice to reach 100 pages before the community shifts to Ultimate.

The Brawl boards weren't locked after Smash 4 came out or anything, they were just allowed to die on their own.

Really there's nothing stopping people from just unwatching/unfollowing this thread.

I know that this place is basically a wasteland now, but I seem to have figured out the weight and knockback taken multipliers for the Mushrooms and Lightning.

In order to get this information, I had to refer to Bowser's Tough Guy mechanic (he won't flinch if he takes less than 19 units of knockback), along with the minimum amount of knockback that fighters must take to enter a tumbling animation (80 units of knockback).

Edit: Some new information that I've been able to dig up, involving the Metal Box.
