Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

So what is the promotional benefit for Nintendo to include Joker in Smash?
Is it just a wider Smash audience or was a Persona 5 port announced or something?

Hypothetically it'd be the P5 Switch edition and P5 fighting game.
Regardless, it's still financially viable to add a popular character.

No, there really shouldn't. Because the majority of people that play games play like game journalists.

If you want a pro player's perspective, there are plenty of them out there giving them.

Seems pretty weird to me that people think they're actually going to end up adding THREE Metroid characters in one game.

poochy feels like the only notable exclusion, just because he has a spirit that isn't just called "Poochy"
there's a lot of yoshi's island sprite rips so poochy is very notably absent, and it isn't even like sylux where he can just be patched in as promotion because the spirit will likely be called Poochy (Crafted World) like yoshi's alt

Considering how horrid I have seen journalists are at any kind of games recently and their like of comparing any minor difficulty to Dark Souls really makes me want to contend that the majority of people that play games are completely awful to the point of not understanding base game mechanics.
