I did't. Nomura likes them morally gray characters (even Neku was arguably like that).

Sassy Genos dead but... THIS lives and has always been the #1 reason Geno is likely this time around.

And, you know, words from the director himself even going so far as to call him a perfect fit, acknowledge he's popular and admit he's wanted him for over a decade.

Not trying to toot the "He's absolutely guaranteed" horn, because no one is, but at this point the absolute only point against him is the company that owns him. Which is still a real obstacle, in all fairness.

It's either for Geno or Elma, that's pretty much the general consensus at this point.

Ehhhhhhh. Only issue I have with "just give Dixie DK's Up-B" is that's not how she flies, it's much closer to how Tiny Kong flies.

Yeah, probably just have it be something that works sort of along the lines of DK's, not exactly.

I don't know why people insist Geno doesn't have the biggest "evidence" in his favor. Sure Sakurai could bamboozle us but it's apparent his character choices largely follow the community from all these years in Ultimate. Geno is the last of the trilogy.

And maybe Banjo too.

Still think 100% it could have been used to model anything else in the game but a character. Daily reminder to, not you in particular, but all the people that jumped to assuming it was for a character, that theres more in this game than playable characters.

It appears to be an edit of a Brawl mod, the head geometry and posing match just about identically. Likely touched up in Photoshop.
