Exactly, I'm expecting her mainly because she weasels her way into several Capcom-related crossovers sooner or later, logic be damned. They wouldn't even need to bring in trophies of other Darkstalkers (although having them would be courteous).

50/50 personally due to the high demand for her and having history with Nintendo unlike Shovel Knight whose appearance as an assist increased her chances.

I want to believe Killer Instinct has a chance of getting in Smash. Appearing on a Nintendo console is at least a little bit helpful for it (maybe).

Edit: But so has MK. Doesn't mean I have to give up hope though.

Absolute zero chance but would gladly be wrong. Speaking of, both here and on twitter I see Shantae fans say they got a lot of hate. Either I'm looking in the wrong place or are some Shantae fans suffering a victim complex

Wants and Don't Wants? Apologies in advance to those who support the ones I don't.

Want: Dovahkiin and Tails. And a Zelda character like Urbosa or Midna (she can still get a Zelda echo...)

Spoiler: Don't Want

Characters who are competition for those I like - Doomguy, Shadow, or Zelda characters I'm not a fan of like Mipha or Toon things. Also not big on Geno, Shantae, or Steve, or any non-vidya characters.

Still, if I got the Dragonborn, my entire 'Don't Want' list will go away - that's the one that will get me to love anyone else. Also, I wouldn't be annoyed to see most of those characters as assists if they made it that way.

As unlikely as it is, I would be very happy to see her in. She would absolutely be a ton of fun.

Even if she just got in as an Assist Trophy I would be excited.

I would be soo upset if Lycanroc was playable (I really don't like the revered 2 stage bipedal evolvers like Lucario, Zoroark and the like)

And all these atserisks in recent posts; I'm surprised Nemesis haan't come for you all yet

While she's been around longer than Shovel Knight, she's a bit less popular when it comes to being requested. I think she could be another Assist character. I wouldn't mind her being playable. Since, like Shovel Knight, I think her games are pretty good.

But... Simon took some of Richter's moves as Simon himself lacks enough moves for a moveset.

Don't want: basically anyone that gets added will generate some amount of salt, so I can't answer this one (more seriously, there isn't anyone I dislike enough to actively not want them)
