It was only a single year, considering the toys and everything, Z-Moves would have been thought of early on and Game Freak would go "Ah, eexcellent choice Mr. Sakurai, we were also giving it a special move which would be perfect for a Final Smash"

Wouldn't be the first time that GF has gone to effort to make something perfect for something only to have it cast aside.

Namely, they go to all the effort of giving a bunch of Pokemon DBZ superforms and the anime writers proceed to give Ash NONE of the Pokemon that can use them even when he's got a bunch of them back at Oak's.

Speaking of icons, I'm really hoping the final version features stock icons of Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard. It feels so weird seeing all three of them bundled under the same icon. It's gonna bug me even more if G+W grabs them and we see PT's icon instead.

Besides, people can be allowed to dream. I know darn well that Earthworm Jim ain't getting in any time soon, but having a custom-made icon of him is still pretty cool, simply because this game's stock icon style is just that great, unique and appealing.

I can see it now, they get ambushed by Bowser and Ridley Subspace style, it looks like they’re totally dead meat but then Leaf sends out Charizard and Shauntae turns into her elephant form to even the odds and adorable asskicking ensues...

For the record, it's not for the sake of being a contrarian, it's because I enjoy the chaos wrought by people having vague hate-boners for things.

Yes, even when it's me that has the hate boner.
I hate Rabbids (besides in the Mario game, for some reason) so if they made it in i'd hate it, but I'd also be like "hahahaha you got me good Sakurai"

Sometimes, I have to wonder if whenever the writers do something stupid, Yuyama (director for the very first season that's been around for ages and is currently acting as head director for recent seasons) dies a little inside. Bad enough that his protege and former head writer Shudo died years ago.

At least the movies give him an excuse to go take a vacation in other countries.

I blame the site makers for being so useless and incompetent at providing updates that keep people interested. The ONLY new things they can put out consistently is music, for some weird reason.

I'd even take Luigi's nose as a pic of the day again over whatever it is they're doing.

I am to excited to fully digest information. I am not a fan of the big dumps every few months. Makes the wait boring. I did like the picture of the day. That was fun.

One thing i do not like is that japanese gets the memory posts and the other regions get nothing. Get on it us nintendo blog man.

A guinea pig model was needed as a base for Bayonetta. Unfortunately the only character with high heels at the time was wearing a dress, so Zamus ended up being it.

If Morrigan had managed to get in 4's base roster, this wouldn't have been an issue since she has high heels.

TLDR; Not as obvious a similiarity in bodies as the case of Echo Fighters.

Yeah I feel like the only person in the world who prefers twilight princess ganon, just because I mained him in brawl. It feels weird to suddenly see him with his OoT form even though I like that game more

I know this is not related to this community/boards, but the discord server of /r/smashbros has everyone saying that a Direct will happen on 6th. Yes, I am in that discord server, but I was told that since everyone seem to say that, then a direct announcement tomorrow would line up with the date.

I'm not believing that server, but I still think it's worth mentioning, especially since a Direct is inbound in this week.
