Yes, but Sega, in whole, owns the Bayonetta IP. It's explicitly their copyright and it will be until they officially sell it to Nintendo.

Nintendo merely owns the publishing rights to it for the 1 port, 2, and 3, which they only have because Sega allows them to.

And the longer Nintendo owns the publishing rights to Bayonetta, they get to stay as the series’ (step)parent

Like how Marvel owns everything Spider-Man related except for the full movie rights that Sony has, and both share the movie franchise together (with MCU Spidey movies and spinoff films making Sony money, while crossovers involving Spidey such as the Civil and Infinity Wars makes Marvel/Disney money). Only difference between the two situations is that the company that actually makes the games for Nintendo/Sega owns nothing from the series while Marvel/Disney and Sony own the film rights/usage of Spider-Man...which tbh should go to Marvel/Disney full time

Okay not to discredit the leaker since I actually like him and think he’s a pretty chill person, but this looks better than the recent leak in all honesty because it’s closer to the original style. Though I understand the leaker from the recent leak was a newbie.

Minecraft is pretty dead now in terms of rampant kids. Either that or they're just not vocal on it anymore. I actually feel quite nostalgic for the series, it's a genuinely great game I think, especially with what modders could do.

Yeah definitely. Minecraft isn't in its prime, those who still play it are more grown-up folk who have stuck with it for years. It never was a bad game, always had a soft spot for it myself, which is why I'd be perfectly fine with Steve in Smash.

Cave Story had a massive impact and its influence is still felt today, from what I've been able to read.
Shantae...not so much. It's popular, but it didn't change the game from what I understand.
