It is pointless to this whole thread because that's not what it is about.

If you are so passionate about that particular topic that is great, but you should honestly moved it in the correct place and not in this particular one, and i'm not talking about the website, i'm talking about the thread.

The more i read the more i see you are letting 1 person get in your feelings and that's simply not right. It's the internet and mods will take care of any disrespect, and the guy is gone already. Let it die.

Well, I for one am super glad it was fake. Smash trailers are fun because when they start, they get you guessing. They build up to the character and play on your anticipation. I recall being very confused when Mega Man got killed as my brain quickly scrambled trying to figure out who used a harpoon only to realize it was Ridley's tail just moments before he showed himself. And Dedede's savage prank wouldn't have had me laughing so hard if it didn't put so much time into slowly amping up my expectations

I'm not a Castlevania fan, but had he not been leaked, I could easily see myself being very confused and then having an "Aha! It makes so much sense now!" moment when his name splashed on screen, but instead I fealt almost nothing for that trailer because there was no surprise and it was for a character I didn't care much for. Now don't get me wrong, I'm really happy to see such a unique character make it in and he seems super fun to play, but my hype for him would probably be exponentially higher if that trailer had the impact it was meant to.

I agree with 90% of that, and the 10% disagreement is because the Castlevania character trailer had probably the most surprising thing in the entire Direct. Luigi's soul being torn out by the Grim Reaper scythe, ON CAMERA.

Glad no datamining took place, because it is easy to say dont look for it, but in the age of social media...you know it is going to be spoiled without warning.

Still waiting for Murlocs in Smash, and the day I get a Ridley amiibo. :D

Yeah sure.

I think it's an absolute disgrace that we don't have a stage (at least thus far) acknowledging the Yarn games or the Retro DKC games - those are easily some of the most fantastic art Nintendo's produced over the past 10 years. I get why the stages had to be cut, but not even a consolation prize?

I was on NeoGaf for about... 2 years. I have never hated mods on any other website as much as I have there. The sheer amount of power abuse by actual garbage people was just absurd. And the best part is that a lot of these mods went over to ResetERA so they weren't from "The bad side of NeoGAF" lol. AND they still do the same **** there. It's infuriating.

I got some bad news for you.

Stop taking forums so seriously and such, we are here to discuss about a hobby, hopefully in a respectful way. If things arent going the way you like then it is as simple as getting out of that place. Whining/complaining about stuff on internet is as bad as trolling on the internet

Eh, it's alright. Still don't know how a hazardless version would work though.
I mean when you have over 100 stages, there's bound to be at least one bad one. Point is I don't think Hanenbow is the worst stage out there.

Ultimate has literally everything Smash 4 had, bar a couple stages, plus so much more.

Nobody in their right mind will stay with Smash 4 when Ultimate drops.

That's why I'm going to try and completely finish the 3DS and Wii U games before Ultimate comes out. I still have a bunch of custom moves and crap to get.
