I hope they delve a bit into some features. Maybe possibly their online offerings, Stage builder improvements, and/or improved recording durations.
I also we get to see the character select screen I love small things like that.

Well, in general details about characters, stages, items, whatever can fill out the direct and I'd be alright with it.

In particular, I want to see more 3DS footage. The last time we saw footage of that was from E3 2013, and we're due for more.

Since Sakurai wants to revive old nintendo characters and since everyone else is pretty much covered by the rest of you, these two seem like a good choice (definitely since they were assist trophies and Little Mac got the character upgrade so I could see these two getting one too).

I hope no one suggested here gets in, honestly. A lot of them seem boring. I would rather have Sakurai take creative control with the characters while having just a couple of highly demanded ones. I don't really have character demands because I just learn to like everyone , and smash already has almost everyone one of my favorite characters (some of which I didn't even care for at first) so anything else is a bonus.

Sure, there are characters I would love to see, but I've learned to live with the fact that I can't always get what I want.
