So I guess I did pretty good for my first try! I'm very happy with my B+.

Some things I took away from this:

• Explain your ideas better. Most of the judges took my bonus records idea as a medley. So I guess here's some after-the-fact clarification: It's not a medley. It's more like the K.K. Slider Concerts from Brawl's Smashville. Only one song would be playing. Sorry about the confusion.
• Hey You Pikachu was a bad choice. Even if it is a proto-Nintendogs, it's still Pokémon, and that didn't sit well with the judges at all.
• Figure out how to post images here without them breaking. Probably use imgur or similar instead of posting straight from Google Image Search.

Congrats to Turtles, and good job to everyone else! I'll be back for next round!

Oh that's how you meant it? I thought it was more of like a "medley that changed to fit whatever's in the background" kind of thing. Kind of like what Wario Ware Inc. does.

Hmmm... Perhaps we should join forces and crush the competition! Perhaps maybe ban a few of our competitors, eh FalKoopa?

In seriousness, it just feels like those who are winning have much better musical taste than me. Things that I think are good, I find out later were terrible choices. Sure, sometimes I appeal really good to one judge, only for another judge to completely disagree and cost me points. It's a tough balancing act, but for eleven rounds, people other than me have figured out that balance and have taken home the gold.

By the way, if I recall, both of you still have fairly high scores each round. Mine are all over the place, though. We'll see how next round goes, though.

My best scores were in the first two rounds I believe. They were more all over the place in later rounds though.

I fail to see how Garden of Hope fails any of your criteria, unless there was a Pimin 3DS stage that had a round earlier that I was unaware of, and unless you're going to try and convince me that Garden of Hope ISN'T Olimar's home stage.

I'd say the other three stages fit the clue's description as well...

I'm pretty sure that Sonic Lost World isn't the only handheld Sonic game (not even first 3DS Sonic game). I say that they'd take something off of Sonic Rush and put it in the 3DS version.

I'd hope for something like that to happen, but I'm not sure it will. There were tons of better console stage picks than Windy Hill, but it was chosen anyway as advertisement. I don't see why the 3DS version will be any different.

Unless it has a completely different layout entirely, I doubt it. Pretty sure that no Wii U stages will make it to the 3DS version and vise-versa. Sure, it might mean that we get a different Lost World stage, I'm pretty sure Windy Hill will only be in the Wii U version.

...That being said, I would've loved Starlight Carnival from Colors over Windy Hill Zone.

On another note, I hope we get Planet Wisp on the 3DS, and I hope the next stage is Wily's Castle, I've been drowning myself in Megaman music lately, and god it's amazing.

Honestly, I think that if they're just going to slap music from any series onto any stage, then at that point, they should just let players customize stage tracklists as they wish (which would negate the point of this contest), or just offer custom soundtrack support.

Like Swampasaur said, if you don't like the rules and don't agree with them, don't participate.

By are participating on this contest, you are subject to its rules and your performance will be judged accordingly, therefore, you are in no position to complain. We often remind the participants of the rules and they are in the OP. I'll repeat, if you don't agree with this contest's rules, stop participating.
