I say fox. Rollin' rollin' rollin'= do a barrelroll! Also, his hand looks like a gun, which fox has. Also (this idea is way out there...) in the top of the screen, there's something that looks like a ram, which is an animal. fox is an animal. it's fox.

Well, I've decoded Dazwa's "hint"...
I could always "give" a "hint" that usually seems to "help," "Youko."
No period between the line breaks, so it's one continuous sentence.
From this "hint", the only character that gives a hint that can help someone is...

Dazwa's message was "Give hint help, Youko."
It is not any deeper than that.
And if you look at their posts, not one of them directly contradicts the theory that we are dealling with a cleverly diguised rick-roll. In fact, not once is so much as the word "character" used to describe this week's "character of the week."
EDIT: we've been through this - badly dressed guy dancing to the chant "rollin'" in a song with bad reviews which happens to have the word "rollin'" in it's name - that is the exact hint, according to the time frame Samurai gave us.
It is not any deeper than that.

Yes. And it is easy to prove me wrong - find a place where the character of this week is refered to as existing. In every character of the week, Samurai refers to there being a character at least once. Even the week he said "it might be Lucario" he used the character Lucario. This week, he not only avoided any word which would indicate a character in his hint, but did so in his posts as well, and the same is true of everyone who has access to the backroom. The only exception would be Overswarm, when he didn't understand how the description could be the real character of the week until it was explained to him, at which point he stopped refering to the object of the hint as a character.
Therefore, they are avoiding saying anything that would confirm there being a character of the week.

Halloween, I think you're wrong. This week is a Video Hint. It's like Video Jeopardy. It plays by different rules.

it could be mario because of the cap. it could be wario because of the pimpin and rollin stuff and the taunts. it could be fox because in Starfox you had to do a barrelroll. it could be DK because LB claps in the air, and in DK Country, you had to roll a lot to go faster. but more importantly, it could be sonic.
sonic relies on his spin dash/roll a lot. it's the move that keeps him alive in matches. also, at 2:44, it is all blue, and there is a very hard to see image of the backwards version of the sonic team logo. also, the disco balls and its shadows make up his face in some way. here:

Its spelled incarectely with an apostrophy on the end.
Hmmm what is this type of punctuation misuse called?
Its called an eye dialect.
Dialect sounds kinda like dilate.
And who is the character with the most dilated eyes?
Well Jiggz is.
Not to mention Rollin' is a term used when one has consumed MDMA (Extasy) a drug that dilates the pupils
2.44 has a guy dancing at a place that looks much like a rave. A place where you would take this kind of recreational drug.
Also more Jiggz speaks a different dialect for she is a Pokemon and speaks Poke-ish... Pokeniese.... Mandarin Poke, or whatever its called

What I think we should look at is the call and return. The dialect between the main group and background who responds. For example, "You wanna mess with Limp Bizkit (yeah)." Everything in paraenthisis () is a response from the background and in there I believe lies our hint.
Let's establish the fact that this hint is hard and most likely not about Jigglypuff, nor her Rollout. Until every other character not yet done by the Weekly is rulled out, Jigglypuff is a definate no.
