What do you consider the best and what do you consider the worst recovery?

In single abilities, either Quick attack or Fox Illusion. There's no contest, really... Egg Toss in Brawl is the worst. Whirling Fortress in Melee.

Looks like it's going to be about the same in Smash 4.

Mach Tornado is a good horizontal recovery though. Just like Peach Parasol and Spinning Kong.
