Computer Science and still live with my parents. If you ever consider that, I suggest having a prior interest in it before majoring in Computer Science. Otherwise, you'll want to kill EVERYTHING or have continual existential crises. At this point, my degree is just on top of my blu-ray player and I simply have no interest to learn the stuff outside of learning it on the job, but no one hires me. As for why I still have a degree in it, I had no idea what to switch to, and it got to the point where I was just better off finishing the degree.

I wouldn't think much on the whole Snake thing. If anything, Kojima's under an NDA agreement so he obviously can't say yes.

See, I can understand that on the basis that it causes problems, but everything else is just flat-out assumptions - probable assumptions, yes, but conclusions we can't jump to with no basis even if it's what makes logical sense to us.

Granted, there is something I find interesting. Since Kojima and Sakurai are friends, I feel like they would have been talking about Smash like a lot earlier, even possibly right after Brawl came out. (not serious talks, just "that'd be cool to do again" or "that was a terrible idea") It seems kinda weird for that to not happen, but hey, a lot of things can change in seven years.

I suppose we'll have our answer in the next few months.

I loath patriotism - I haven't spoken the Pledge in years. I feel that everyone should practice humility when regarding their country.
It's complex. I would rather discuss my views in private if I were to continue, otherwise we might derail this thread.

Yeah, I know it's an assumption, but as you said Sakurai has probably been talking about the game to Kojima for quite some time, it's not like it's a secret he's working on it so I'd think that the question would've popped up at some point, whether by Kojima or Sakurai. So with that tied in with Sakurai's previous comments on Brawl characters and his feelings on Snake, even if it's an assumption, I'm much more inclined to believe the character's situation would've been handled a long time ago vs. just bringing it up now.

I would like to make an announcement for it's my birthday today:

As a kid, I've always wondered what will become of me when I reach 18 years old. I had a lot of wild, and exciting thoughts; however, I never thought I'll be a competitive Smash player and spend my last teenage years playing it. I'm a smasher and I'm proud, playing smash alone is a wild thought due to its amazement. Cheers!
