Well, that was funny for a fake stream, somewhat.. I was expecting a Rick Roll as well. xD

Volcanion? Eh, I dunno. Water Absorb makes it immune to Water-types, it has a better Scald..I think it's going to work like Heatran in some form.
Would you like it if the 3DS and Wii U had the ability to use custom music. Like, if a song you wanted in Smash 4 isn't available, there could be an update for those two consoles that would let you use the songs you have on the SD Card.

It would be nice, I guess, but I won't mind if the option wasn't in as well.

The Vita has some kind of function similar to that idea. You can listen to your own music while playing a game or using applications.

Apparently Bulbapedia linked to the leaker's Twitter, pissing him off and therefore closing his account. I don't know the legality of this rumor, but it does sound like something Bulbapedia would do.

Crushed Murasame for the third time in history and it feels so much satisfying. Though to this day, I still find it weird that a song like Ode to Joy plays at the end of such a Japanese game.

On the topic of a possible revival, many people want Next Level games to work on it. The problem with that is that they're a Canadian developer and would have minimal knowledge of Japanese culture and history. Then again, I would trust no Western developer with Takamaru's reboot at all.

Did anyone notice that Earthbound's Japanese release was on August 27th?
Not saying Ness/Lucas or BOTH of them will be in the next newcomer trailer, but as it's that time again for a smash related Nintendo Direct, it wouldn't surprise me if the newcomer revealed was sparing against one or both of the boys from Mother/Earthbound similar to how Captain Falcon was just KILLING the Fire Emblem Awaking crew until Robin's intervention in the Robin/Lucina trailer

I wouldn't care, as long as the company:
1. Knows why people like the first game
2. Is competent

Next Level Games needs to be left alone so they can make a new Mario Strikers game. Seriously, I need one.

Retro Studios.

As long as they're not busy making the next Metroid, they would be the Western company Nintendo would go to first for any sort of franchise reboot, I think.

As long as they know the era the game takes place, have plenty of Japanese enemies (moar yokai plz), and have some quality voice acting. I think I would be fine with them of all Western developers since they at least worked on plenty of action/adventure games like Metroid Prime before.

And they did a damn good job with them. There's a reason why people compare them to the Rareware of the 90s.

You want something to handle The Mysterious Murasame? Go with Platinum Games, many of the staff there have worked on Okami.

Hands down the best option since the action in their games (MadWorld, Bayonetta, ect) were pretty timeless and Okami's setting could do well for Takamaru's universe. Not to mention beautiful the maidens and Momosame would look.
