I'm probably going to start Black Bullet pretty soon. It looks good.

While it wasn't the best thing out there, I personally enjoyed it...though there are parts I question. I think more money was put into Mahouka Koukou's production so it wasn't as good as it could have been.

What about No Game No Life?

I enjoyed that one more and would like a second season for it.

Shame that Takamaru got disconfirmed as he had great potential.

When I saw the news when I woke up I was still tired then went back to sleep. Then I dreamed that Takamaru was playable and he had the same moveset as Samurai Jack from Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion. It actually fit him well.

I kinda enjoyed it. But I'm trying hard to really remember anything special about it other than continual face palms at plot points. I hate doing this, but let me put the lip flubbing/wobbling moment to "that second last episode where the 'enigmatic bad guy the main character yells and screams at a lot with crappy shounen speeches randomly saves MC from death and joins up with him to defeat some other bad guy thing who i dont even know the name of yet, oh the final episode is about justice never working out with nothing happening at all!".
I suddenly don't feel bad because that's literally how 90% of shows end anyway.

I felt NGNL was kinda overhyped. Animation quality bugged me a lot (hurr bloom lighting is totally high end techniques guys). Every game/ploy was like... done by Fukumoto over 2 decades ago, and he did them significantly better. Problem Children meanwhile was ****ing bad ***, completely and utterly fantastic, and probably won't ever get a season 2. Because, **** Japan.


I also feel the eternal sorrow of no S&W season 3.

Yeah, Problem Children, Silver Spoon, Outbreak Company, and Spice and Wolf are 4 shows imo that deserve new seasons but won't ever get them, unless it's like how they took 4 or 5 years to give Genshiken a third season.

I actually started reading the light novel of Spice and Wolf since I don't think it will get another season.

Sure, it may not be the best anime around and it's kind of overrated, but SAO is pretty much one of the most well-known anime of the more recent years.

As for anime, I haven't been in the mood to start a new series... I will be watching Assassination Classroom when it starts. The manga is pretty good and more than 90 chapters released there's more than enough material for a 25 episode series. By the time the anime starts running, there will be more than 100 manga chapters released...

I do a bad job of rating shows. When I first started in 2012 watching anime, I gave everything 9's and 10's. I'm trying to get better and overrating things. Right now the calculator says I inflate rankings by .51.

Aku No Hana and School Days are the two that I really don't like. Kimi no Iru Machi (A Town Where You Live) had some disgusting animation as well. Probably my least favorite shows I've seen.

Sigh. The anticipation and expectations are way too high that I can't put myself through the potential disappointment. THE MOMENT I read a certain sentence I was gone.

Beware... nudity.... and extreme gore..... like.... disgusting amounts of gore... like holy crap... If you want extra bad watch the dubbed version.... at myself for watching this....

Extraand at Highschool of the dead.... but its not as bad story wise but the fanservice is much worse.... and just plain stupid.

True. Endless 8 kind of killed it. I also heard that it was because the author got inconsistent with the release of volumes and because KyoAni decided to do more original content. I don't even know what's true anymore. At least the Disappearance of Yuki spin-off is getting an anime.

The real crime is that Ro-Kyu-Bu got a playable character in Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, and Spice and Wolf and The Pet Girl didn't get one. Don't get me wrong, I did like Ro-Kyu-Bu (I watched season 1) but Spice and Wolf and The Pet Girl ae two of my fave shows.



And the fact that Yukina from Strike the Blood is playable makes me sick. She's probably the worst character in that awful show.

Wooden dialogue with boring actors complete with a confusing story makes up what is considered one of the worst anime ever made.

1. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - Greatness.
2. Death Note - More greatness.
3. Attack on Titan - I liked it a lot, but it's not for everyone due to gore.
4. Soul Eater - The manga is better.
5. Blue Exorcist - The manga is better.
6. Durarara!! - 2nd season incoming, which means the position may move upwards. The first season left a lot of the plot hanging, but I liked it.
7. Fairy Tail - My guilty pleasure? Guess you could call that. The manga is much more ahead of the anime and gotten rather interesting.
8. Sword Art Online - Last place. lol

To be honest, I really can't say much about anime. I'm a diehard AoT fan (guess where the inspiration for my username came from) but the only other anime I've watched are Kill La Kill and the first episode of Saint Young Men.
Might start watching Black Butler or Death Note soon.
