He starts as a neutral unit with Prince Innes (Sniper) and Tethys (Dancer) in the big fort in the middle-left of the map. Use Eirika/Tana to talk to Innes who will be able to talk to Gerik. Gerik is also able to recruit Tethys and Marisa (a female enemy Myrmidon).

How far are you in Prime 1? It's a great game, and I had beaten it a while ago. You have a favorite boss? I'd say mine was Ridley. It was challenging. And unlike the others, it felt the least...gimmicky I guess. Just a raw ass fight between Samus and that dude that killed her parents.

I am doing a hypermode run, and I am at the omega pirate. After he beat me up 3 times, I figured I needed to pick up more power ups. My favorite boss would have to be the omega pirate, I love his design and his theme very much.

Looking at my shelf now, I would say that it looks roughly alike except I have a bunch more Woody and Buzz figures whereas the collector focused on replicas. Half of the items there are custom made.

I got Metroid Prime 2 a couple of days ago. I think I made some decent progress. I already have the Dark Suit on me and more than a few Missile upgrades. I got a couple of E-Tanks too.

I do wonder how many areas of the game I still have to see. Prime 1 had 5 major areas in it's game. But so far I've seen about 2 Light and 1 dark area right now. I'd like to think that I'll see some variety in the stages, since it's been the desert and a temple.

I'm only worrying about it because the game is on the same system as the original So I don't know how much extra space it's going to have. So far, I think it's a great game. Certain things I like more in this game. Others more in the original.

There are 4 areas, all with dark versions (counting the Great Temple and Temple Grounds as one). The next area is a somewhat generic jungle/water area, but the one after that is one of my favorites in the trilogy.

I honestly hope that Paper Mario and the Bros. can learn new tactics and abilities based on Paper Mario's curses that can help in Battle or on the field
Like for example, he could use the help of his copies to create a giant roller for the Bros. can roll around ala DK and Diddy or Yooka and Laylee to roadkill opponents
He could turn into a boat and go either solo or carry the Bros. with him to solve puzzles
He could go into Airplane mode and carry the Bros. for a divebomb attack
etc.

I also hope that characters that have been deceased or just have been gone come out of the book, like how you can just go to a previous page
The X-Nauts and the Count Bleck crew (I'd love to see how the actual Bros. would react to Mimi, and Mr. L is always a treat) make prime examples, and characters like Rawk Hawk, the Smorgs, General Guy, MACHOOOOOOOOO GRUBBA and Tubba Blubba are also nice. And definitely the partners.

This is also kinda a stretch, but I'd really love it if the whole Paper Jam thing got flipped around and we got some moments where Mario & Luigi had to go to Paper Mario's world (Whereas Paper Mario gets fluent animations and no paper outline and the Bros. gains the outline and a bit jaggier animation due to them being not native to that world) and they could explore places like Flipside and the Glitz Pit


I just really want more Paper Mario content aside from just Paper Mario, Peach, Bowser and a bunch of goonies

you pretty much told what is so far overlooked and the biggest potential of the game.

Because let's be honest, on the surface, it;s what you would expect from m&l.....the gameplay and engine feels similar, but the flavior is where it shines.

like just to tell the idea that tbh, none of what you're telling is much of a strecht.....

To me, I do feel they would go there, but if they do, it;s an instabuy: paper mario plot device.

It;s basically I would want ANY plot device that would show Paper Mario stuff while m&l wouldn;t be aware of. Things like adventure or stuff, a paper oriented zone is one too, but again, we actually saw this partially with all these SS artstyle (which I like btw, the gameplay and the flow is what I hate about SS, different).

Like it can go so much far. Even the humor so far has both style, even small details like the visuals for the animation of Paper Mario, they are basically, take the m&l one, paperify them and that;s it!

Not to mention that I noticed this very small detail that I think was done on purpose: the camera view is more a side view than a top view.

I played DT and superstar saga and I know for other m&L, it always used to be a top view with battle being a side view.

But Paper Jam is not like this.....the point?

Paper Mario ALWAYS used to be a side view and it;s very obvious why: why would you view a paper from the top instead of the side?

If the integration go THAT far, than yes, a paper mario zone is definitely possible

That is why I am still looking forward to (hopefully) a direct.
