thanks, he was my old main, but i always kinda struggled with him. i think taking a break from him though helped, maaaaybe...

i used to main Ganon too. its so very difficult to deal with those rushdown characters. sheik was always my main issue though. those darn needles ruining my up-tilt set ups .

thats being said, you did good with ganon, edgelord dark pit, and lucina i think. not to say your other characters were bad of course.

I've never seen an actual episode of the Pokemon Anime in its entirety, but I do have an idea why people call Ash a chump.

If you want to take baby steps into anime (particularly shonen) watching, Pokémon is a good start, imo.

No matter how hard they try, this man can not be replaced.

Biggest complaint about FE: Awakening is that the entire plot could've been avoided had they just killed the villains while they were monologuing 4 feet in front of them

If you want to take baby steps into anime (particularly shonen) watching, Pokémon is a good start, imo.

There are better anime than those (and shounen too).

Because I judge anime by compelling storielines, Pokémon is one of the absolute worst in that regard. Lots of inconsistency and many issues caused by the series running for far too long.

The Pokémon Adventures manga does a better job by replacing the protagonists and actually has them progress and grow as characters.

Whereas the anime has the reset button pressed every season. lol

The waiter comes up to me with a pen and asks me if I could draw something for him, telling me he's been collecting all of the drawings I've made.

I disagree. lol

You should start with something in the middle-road. Something that isn't terrible, but that isn't utterly fantastic like FMA Brotherhood or Code Geass.

Some of my recommendations would be stuff like Assassination Classroom, Soul Eater, Blue Exorcist, Owari no Seraph or World Trigger. Those have action, some comedy, start out slow and take their time to introduce the characters and setting before going into the main ride, getting more serious and developing the storyline and characters.

They're all shounen and are good ways to get into manga and anime.

Then you can get into the likes of FMA Brotherhood, Code Geass, Kill la Kill, Attack on Titan or Death Note.

This is my opinion, though.
