Tbh, that would actually be hype. Played Chrono Trigger back in January, and man it was a great game from what I played. Got up to the point where I had to fight Masa and Mune, but for some reason I quit there. I should start playing again.

I also mysteriously quit playing FE6 and FF6. My Backlog of games will never be finished.

Well, just learned that Nintendo has delayed North America's Splatoon Splatfest due to an issue found in the first Japanese Splatfest. And when I was excited and free the whole weekend...

Let's face it: the Wii U still needs support and games. Ditching it in favor of NX (assuming it is a home console) would sound both ridiculous and dreamcasty. And would piss off a lot of people. In the other side of things, the 3DS would be 5 years old by 2016, the year where NX is supposedly going to be unveiled. Note the fact that five years is the minimum for a Nintendo console to get discontinued in favor of a new one. It makes sense in that regard.

If the NX is treated as a "third pillar" system.. I would be cool with that.
