I particularly like Sunshine because it improved on the Mario 64 formula come at me.

I haven't actually played the Galaxy games, but they look like the average linear platformer. I miss when 3D platformers had exploration, stuff to collect, and wasn't an obstacle course confined to "point A to point B."

They are pretty linear.
Especially Galaxy 2.

Though Galaxy 1 has non-linear aspects in that you don't have to do every level in the same order (more restrictive towards the beginning, but then again, so was 64/Sunshine).
However, Galaxy 2 is basically the bridge between Galaxy 1 and 3D Land. It is completely linear.
They are both very fun, though.

NSMB series on the other hand...

No, seriously though, Sunshine is my Mario Skyward Sword.
Nobody likes it except for me.

I prefer 3D World, however.
Don`t worry because I don`t understand how underrated sunhine is.

I agree, it`s rushed, but not to the point of being bad. The blue coins are only annoying towards the end, the boat control at the end can be very easy if you get how it works, camera can be manageable if there`s problem and clipping just doesn`t change that much.

The reasons I liked it the most out of every mario platformer (3d world tough is really close second) is the colors. If I loved TTYD because of how unified, clear and bright the colors were, this game is so bright I can`t look at it and be mad. Delfino plaza music gives the same feel.

Tbh, I like a lot fludd. It may have to do with the precision of the jumps which feels good, but I like more fludd than normal gameplay.

Tough, here`s a weird stuff: voice acting didn`t bother me that much but because of the fludd voice, I just like the tutorials cs at the beginning. Just the sound `R button`has a voice that for unknown reasons, I like to hear. Jr voice is weird, but I didn`t really bother.

Tough, I still don`t get the mama thing.

I really like this game and it`s a shame that its downsides were too much for some to find the good things which honestly, more than make up for it. I mean just walking or jumping in the plaza feels satisfying because of the brightness.

I think it`s because of my sight issue that I love bright colors, but it`s really unconscious: I know I love them, but that may only because I can clearly see them and love the ease of seeing them.

Which is also why i pay so much attention to music and remembers weird stuff like the fludd voice.

The fluddless levels in Sunshine were the best part of the game. And I really like fludd, but the fludless challenges were quite possibly the best platforming I have ever seen in a 3D game. Hard as balls though.
OMG so true. Like that secret level Hotel Delfino's casino. Not only is it very trippy (sunset background, flying seagulls... in some sort of alternate dimension), at the end you have to stay on this rotating cube to reach the final platform. I few times I messed up and fell off right at the end... Or the one in Noki Bay where you go in the shell. Like, you need to be very accurate with those wall jumps...

Oh, but my favourite one is probably in Pianta Village with those freaking Chucksters. Not only is the background scary as it's pitch black with the moon glowing above, but I find it kinda frustrating yet hilarious. If you're a little off, those guys could throw Mario to his death. I think it's the most memorable Secret Level for me.

If Bowser Jr. is shown on the site, there should be some kind of funny/creepy pic of him involving Mama Peach.

Mario Sunshine
"Clean is better than dirty, and dirty's meaner than clean!"♪

...I liked the voice-acted cutscenes where they actually spoke properly instead of one-liners or grunts and gasps. I'd like to have that again sometime.

I agree to this completely. The colors of the environment, and really the environment in general, of Super Mario Sunshine is one of the most beautiful I've seen in a video game. Twilight Princess looks...well, ugly, now. Super Mario Sunshine actually holds up quite well.
Tbh, I like a lot fludd. It may have to do with the precision of the jumps which feels good, but I like more fludd than normal gameplay.
Also this. One of my favorite things about Sunshine and the Galaxy series is the ability to fine-tune jumps. Similarly, Rosalina's spin ability in Super Mario 3D World is a godsend.

Secret of the Village Underside is the best Sunshine-level. It's such a completely random level which makes it really fun.

So, I was talking about Twilight Princess earlier, and I mentioned City in the Sky sucked.
Well, I forgot to mention that Argorok is REALLY difficult while wearing the Zora Armor.

Seriously, one hit from his breath takes out ten hearts.

Pro tip: take off the Zora Armor.

I don't recall that temple being difficult... Though the water temple... people complain about the one in OoT, but TP takes the cake.

You know. I honestly never thought I would ever like a mathematics class, every other class I've had in the past that were about mathematics I absolutely hated.

But Advance Quantitative Reasoning is actually pretty cool.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but eh. Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's file sizes have been revealed. They're 1.8GB.
Also, look what I just found:

Original character, do not steal. Seriously, don't. There will be lots of consequences if you steal a recolor like this one.
Then again, recolors like this thing are only used to roleplay on the Sonic Fanon Wiki..and YouTube-like websites since roleplays are like, the main thing in those sites.

I'm wearing the Zora Armor on purpose because this game is too easy.
Yeah, I hate Lakebed with a passion.
That being said, City in the Sky is worse.

I tried reading the name of that class, but got lost at "Ad-".
That word was too advanced for me.

Don't matter to me, as I'll still be getting the physical cartridge.

Also, Bayonetta 2 direct in over an hour.

Yea, it's a bit of a mouthful and is scarier sounding then it actually is.

It basically deals with finance stuff. This first semester focuses on saving, spending, debt, and data analysis and probability while next semester will focus on mortgage, investment, retirement, and probability and statistics.

Are there any games that anyone here are looking forward to besides Smash?

Most of the games I want are quite a ways away, and my PS4 is still sitting around with nothing to play. I've had a few Wii U and 3DS games already, but not many of the upcoming games look interesting to me.

At this point I may just have to get old games that I missed out on.

Yes. I can freely admit that in the last few episodes of ~After Story~, that I cried like a little b****. Not saying why, cus I don't wanna spoil it.

Are there any games that anyone here are looking forward to besides Smash?

I don't know. Recolor fans aren't innovative, so that's why they made this recolor.
Don't matter to me, as I'll still be getting the physical cartridge.
inb4 People still get the digital version of the game.
Not as big as Smash.

>I don't think Pokémon needs a lot of content. Most people are going to Wi-Fi battle anyway...or just do VGC battles.

I made an OC once from Sonic. A turtle named Dash the Turtle, incredibly fast and his shell acted as a natural shield. I still think the Sonic series needs a Turtle. An an anti-Babylon Rouges team with a vulture, a falcon, and a stork.

Besides Smash, there's Bayonetta 2. I'll probably end up buying Pokemon ORAS, and I might consider the Borderlands Pre-sequel. And I don't have a PS4 for MGS5.

Not much else, and there's a crap ton of games sitting on my shelf and Steam account.

I prefer Hyrule Warriors featuring Midna and Ruto.

Kind of forgot about the game since Japan already has it...
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Metal Gear Solid 5 and Destiny for PS4
MGSV is one I'm looking forward to as well. I don't really care for the Pokemon remakes and the other ones don't look good.
