Looks like I missed out on the language discussion. I remember my French teacher in Japan told me that knowing Chinese makes it easier to learn pronunciations in French. I also remember hearing German is the closest to English. Took two years of Japanese before changing to French because I didn't want to repeat Japanese 2. Regret not taking Japanese more seriously when I lived there because now I actually want to learn it. I learned Chinese first because Chinese parents wanted me to know Chinese. English was out of necessity from being born and growing up in California, and it's probably the only language I feel most comfortable with communicating fluently.

The only ones I know of are DeviantArt and Pixiv.

I think Tumblr might be a good place.

But I'm not an artist nor do I use those sites, so take my words with a mountain of salt.
