Around the 8:00 mark, apparently you can to pick the teammates from characters you defeated earlier. And they actually do something too!

....Man, the Mario Kart 8 DLC better download quicker. It's been about 20 minutes and it's even halfway done.

From what I can tell, you can net a good amount of rewards on Special Orders.

I literally don't even try to get customs for specific characters. I just play smash run just because.

Buffing the fighters with the strongest Power equipment is the best option I find. I think I've gotten almost a perfect Smash Run with this + Megaman.

I think Camelot is still embarrassed by how hilariously bad the sales were for Dark Dawn. It had so much potential as a game but they dropped the ball on a lot of stuff. It's probably going to wind up as one of those franchises that Nintendo is basically going to pretend never existed like *insert several franchises that have had at least a decade long hiatus here*

CPU partners being useful at higher difficulty levels? That's a first.

I hope not, I really want them to give it at least one more go before a long hiatus. I really like this franchise :/

Apparently, there will be a huge Smash tournament in Chicago (Specifically near the Brown Line Paulina station) feature every Smash game (Including Smash Wii U and Project M) coming on the 29th. It will called E2C 10 (for those who want the actual tournament's name) and there will be $500 worth of prizes for any winner. It will be at least 5 bucks per 2 v 2 and 10 bucks per 1 v 1. There will be $10 all you can eat pizza, (Since it will take place in a pizzeria.

The best part: Mew2KIng will make an appearance (Though I'm obviously not challenging him).

The funny thing is, the sales weren't even hilariously bad. Or does 700,000+ equal to bad sales? That's from Vgchartz, not the best source, but still: Dark Dawn was far from being the worst game ever. So it's interesting why it's being treated essentially as the end of the franchise haha! Even the reviews weren't half bad. I guess people just tend to compare it to the first two titles which were in a league of their own, sure.

Keep in mind it bombed for the opposite reason Golden Sun was a success. Golden Sun was praised heavily since the game was on of the earliest RPG titles for the Game Boy Advance (even predating Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire), and showed the potential of the Game Boy Advance hardware, despite the general game being standard fare for the genre. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn meanwhile was released in the mid-late era of the DS, and as such the sense of innovation was missing, meaning even if it was 11/10 it's going to be running into a lot of competition regardless. The large gap between installments and the link continuity also prevented some new players from giving the game a shot.

The series does however have a shot of returning since the staff hasn't changed and the recent game did leave a cliffhanger to open up the possibilty of a sequel. Unless it's like Shenmue II where it has a big cliffhanger that hasn't been resolved for various reasons.

Im really loving what they did with that F-Zero track. Zelda one has a neat gimmics as well but could have been more fleshed out. Im more annoyed that they didnt put them together more logicaly, like, one cup has one new track, one retro track and two tracks inspired by other games, why not put all retro tracks + Excitebike in one cup so that all trully new ones would have a cup for itself. Guh.
