Stalin has a lot of moveset potential, for example.
He can summon waves of T-34s that have a high chance to break down and expendable Conscript minions.
His final smash can be called "central planning" and it gives a huge debuff to all fighter's stats.

Gyuh, I was gonna say something else and remembering Awkward Zombie mention the GameGrumps Undertale play through distracted me.

Undertale is an interesting game, but at this point I'm tempted to label it as overrated. It's too short for an RPG and I feel like it's message is raining anvils even if I can't fully figure out what that message is.
