Slight balance worries for 2.6

it does give character loyalists more of a reason to play their characters, though.
You could train for MU's against top tier characters all day, but go up against a phenomenal Pikachu, and you won't know what hit you.

Stuff like that rarely happens though, for reasons already said to death.

& Even if the mid level character (Pikachu) is great, the same great top tier character will win, because of greater characteristics even with the little mindgames, and techniques like QAC

It's a lose lose situation huh?

I honestly think Snakes Nikita's need to be toned down they do a lot of damage and knockback and I swear it's impossible to get around it off stage.

I'm interested in Nikita properties. Does the knockback/damage vary any depending on how fast it is going and whether it's being controlled when it explodes? If there's no difference, you could introduce nuances in those areas like cutting down on knockback if you get hit within inches of his body.

The one area I would change regardless is more endlag for Snake. This would change little for offstage edgeguarding with the move, but would make it not so safe onstage. Right now it's pretty non commital once the thing gets out safely, which is not too hard to setup unless you're getting bopped already.

With the cancel to Nikita in place, even if you're in the air, it seems to be something that can cover a drop down to the stage with ease and at the same time possibly kill a would-be attacker. I might be wrong, but the potential kill power with very little risk seems kind of silly.

I demand a major Dedede buff. He should feel like a monster like Bowser, DK, and Ganon.

Even though he's physically beaten into submission by a pink puff ball in most games he's in? At least Bowser is typically beaten by outside variables more often, and Ganon by different sources and the Master Sword in most cases.

DDD doesn't need a major buff. I really like how he feels in 2.6. He kind of plays like Ganon anyways. He needs to space things out until he gets in and once he gets in he can wreck the opponent. His grab game is so potent. He can space fairs just like Ganon (And arguably more effectively). He's got waddles for those janky speed boosts and for slowing down an approaching opponent, a crazy long f-tilt, a quick, deceptively long down tilt, and the greatest dash attack in smash ever.

I wish when running, he could hold down to slide on his belly, making him move super fast with the only option to jump out of it. It would be cool to see a DDD fair an opponent across the stage and to chase them linearly at breakneck speeds like a penguin.

I think DDD is much better than ganon and honestly a little better than Bowser. I really like DDD in this game.
I just dont think he feels as Fat as he is, he kinda just feels like a Puff/MK that is a little heavier and falls faster. He needs a couple of throw combos like DK, and maybe some superarmor like Bowser. Not as much, but some.

I think DDD should look like a train coming for you...a magical hogwarts train that flies. WIth a big ****ing hammer.

*sees DDD sliding at me, moving at captain falcon speeds*

Regardless of how I feel about your statements, he does have armor on dash attack, up b, and down b (eventually)

I still think the DDD penguin slide is the slickest fricken thing. DownB to slide to fair. Obviously just straight up giving ddd Falcon speed would be no good so there would have to be a draw back like there is a lot of momentum, the only way to cancel it is to jump but he would still retain the momentum. So if someone got up over him or dodged through it he would get punished hard.

Thanks. I'll submit my application to the BR maybe (BR come at me). I think it should be initiated as a crawl, so that you can keep the downb ddd has right now. However, unlike a crawl, like we've already mentioned your only option out of it is jump (with a ton of momentum).

Oh my god, I would totally play DDD if he could slide on his belly.

Make it so, knaves!
