Side Tournament For TCS 5. Please vote.

Hello, I don't think I'm able to create an actual poll but Tuscaloosa Competitive Smash 5 will be coming up in April (probably), and I have decided to have a 5 dollar side tournament mostly just for fun at all of my future tournaments. TCS4 had a low tier tournament, which went very well, but I want to mix it up, so I want to do something different this time. Please vote on what you'd like to see, and if you have an idea not listed, please submit it. These are just random ideas that have been bouncing around my head. Some of them may be ridiculous
I'd like input mainly from people who will or might actually attend the tournament.

1. Low Tier Doubles
2. Stamina Mode
3. Fast Mode
4. Items Tourney
5. All Falcon Tourney
6. All Metaknight Tourney
7. Crews
8. Tier Iron Man Match (each player picks one character from each tier)
9. Mid Tier Only
10. Random Only
11. Melee singles or doubles
12. 64 tourney

Ah, and T1J, you'll be happy to know that I finally use shielding and... stuff to that effect, but some people would argue that it's made me worse XP

Maybe we should have a top three choice vote for each poster to kind of even out who wants what?

Like for example I want these the most

1. Fast Mode
2. Mid Tier
3. Random

And add up points, highest points wins and becomes the side tournament. Fast Mode gets 3 points from me, Mid Tier gets 2 points and so forth.
Its a bit more complicated, but doing this might help get more people in the tourny, because we have a good chance of getting a side tourny that everyone at least likes, instead of the possibility of getting one that most of us would like but a few of us hate and won't attend.

Thoughts? Did I make any sense?

I think low tier doubles would get the most out of the people not on the boards and it seems to have support from the people on the boards.

Crews would have to be limited in size with clear rules.

4 people sound about right? That might be fun. It lets two doubles teams get together.

I think that if that happened, you'd have to only pay out the top crew, though.

I also withdraw my support for crews. It would be cool if it was done properly, but I can definitely see Reflex, Kismet, Will, and George all deciding one day that they should be a crew O.o

I'm thinking four man crews.
if it's only like two crews then maybe 5 or 6 man

and if the number of crews gets too high (which it wont, i'm sure) well switch it to single elim.

i've been wanting to play in barlw crews since the game came out. AL should travel the country and challenge everyone

I would love to do it this way, but what about all the people that don't visit smashboards? I think a lot of them (at least 1/3 of the people at the tournament) wouldn't join in.

Also, I think as little as 3 men in a crew would be cool.

Lol, except DanGR and Pops live in Madison. Does that mean they have to be part of the Madison crew, or would they still be able to join up with hville?
