What about shield damage bonuses? Say Shield Breaker's +25. Does the multiplier apply to that +25 as well (making it 29.75 or 29 floor)?

Forgetting about SD, this means true shield HP is 42.01680672268908.

Yes, all forms of shield damage are multiplied by 1.19.

So Bowser Bomb would be: 23.8 (+5.95) + 13.09 (+5.95) = 48.79 in training mode.

tl;dr HP is 50, damage to shield multiplied by 1.19
Aside from making the passive break time longer, is there any advantage to setting shield health to 50 with a 1.19x multiplier instead of leaving the multiplier at 1 and having shield health of 41-42%?

Regeneration is slower I guess.

Although they could have just slowed regeneration by 19% and slowed passive shield break by 19% too. I don't know why they decided to do it this way.
