To my shame, I hosed down Hilt Night 1.

This destroys the possibility that there are two arsonists and I hosed down the right guy to block one of the arsonist's attacks.

The two arsonist theory is impossible/ridiculously unlikely.

I hosed down Hilt on N1, meaning that unless Hilt was primed by Arsonist #2 (which I don't think is likely), whoever else was primed should have caught fire.

They didn't though! All because Hilt was the only arsonist.

KevinM is scummy as hell.

Admit it, that "You Scum" pic is all the reasoning I'll ever need to conclude my argument.

Now we either go down the repeated investigations route or we lynch, but to be perfectly honest, I think the no lynch route is safer right now.

and though your hands-in-the-air sacrificial attitude is tempting, i think i will wait until we hear from vyse about investigations plural

all independents and no scum is just not an option. they would not do that - that is not a mafia game. kevin, link me to the game you played that was all independents.

A roleblocker makes sense. After playing in another of Xiivi's 'Simple' setups, I've come to question what 'simple' actually means (I love Xiivi all the same though).

A game with two arsonists is highly unlikely, and if mafiascum's definition of a retired arsonist is anything to go by, he is just a sitting duck (and pro-town aparently), but all I know is from what I've read on mafiascum when it comes to arsonists.

So we have:

An Arsonist and a Firefighter
A Role Cop and a Role Blocker
4 Vanilla Townies
1 More Mafia whose role we don't know

No Mafia could possibly make that post before a townie, unless they were given the knowledge that everyone (including townies) had a safeclaim, which I doubt.

Reading your posts in the mindset of somebody who knows exactly what my result was going to be, it feels like you've done everything to dislodge Tom's theory to make yourself look Town when I posted my result.
