The timing of BarDulL's claim is gar and away the towniest thing about it. Why would he be trying to relieve pressure? He had a lot of pressure? No. He claimed when he did because he was going to be V/LA for awhile, and people like to go crazy with wagons when they have little justification, because they thought it was safe to put him there. He just didn't want people to **** around and put him at L-1 just because they thought L-1 was ok.





I'm pretty sure BarDulL said he gets to pick the person he kills. Having a scummy person hammer him won't do anything, because that's not the person who dies.

I could care less about how happy you are, because you're an idiot. This isn't me defending BarDulL, and it isn't even that hard. This is me explaining why he did what he did, and why you're wrong for thinking it's scummy. Please, badwolf, explain to us why his claim is anything other than null. See, the difference between you and me is that I look the situation, and I understand why he did it. You, on the other hand, look at the situation, you don't understand it, and you immediately assume that things you don't understand are scummy.

I guess I'd be down for a BW wagon, but I don't know that I'm 100% sold on him as scum. The only thing I can say for certain is that I won't miss him if he happens to flip town.

I don't really have reads on everyone, man. Everyone's kind of null for me. I can tell you that I'm getting town vibes from soupamarioyoshiluigiwario, and I'm not a fan of FML. Not sure how confident I actually am about any of that though, lemme reread and get back to you. I'll try to post something as complete as I can, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna have a lot of nulls.

1. FullmetalLynch - Scum Lean. The way they interacted with Kary kind of gave me scummy feels. Like, every time Kary quoted one of their posts, they felt the need to give a response justifying themselves, despite the fact that Kary never said anything of actual substance. It feels nervous. So do the votes, which are jumping around an awful lot.
2. Red Ryu - Null. I don't know that Ryu buddying Kevmo like that is necessarily telling. We'll have to see how it plays out.
3. soupamarioyoshiluigiwario - Town Lean. Lol, I see a lot of soup tryna be like marshy. I like it though, because I buy it. It's also not stuff I disagree with, which makes it all the better. As long as we're in agreement, I'm happy to let this slot take thread control.
4. Potassium - Null. Hasn't really done that much, and I'm not super confident in reading Kantrip. Especially not this early.
5. BarDulL - Null/scum. His early game reads stuck out to me as someone trying to look productive. It didn't actually look productive though. His claim is null.
6. BadWolf28738 - dumb/scum. I can see where Zen is coming from, because I've definitely seen BW get tunnely as scum. As town, he usually posts those collapse tags with his notes in them, which I can never make any sense of. I also think town BW would've been one of those people who thinks that a person who is up front about their claim is townie, as opposed to the null that it should be. But here, he's trying to push it as scummy, because there's already interest in the wagon.
7. Ranmaru - Null/town. I forgot he was in this game until I went back and realized he was still using Kevmo's avatar. Goddamnit Ran! Nothing seems out of line for him though.
8. Kary - Null/town. I dunno why, but I get townie vibes from Kary so far. He should be null, but he's not, he feels like townKary. We'll see.
9. frozenflame751 - Null. Has he even posted? *checks* Nope
10. KevinM - Null. I think him trying to gather double voters is something he'd definitely do as scum, but I don't doubt he'd do it as town. I disagree with his J push, but I don't think that makes him scummy. If he continues doing things I don't get, I'll be more inclined to look at him.
11. J - Null/town I don't know J's play all that well, but nothing sticks out as scummy. Gun to my head, I'd say he's probably town, but I'll feel this one out as I go.
12. Zen - Town Lean. Keeping the thread moving, and putting pressure in places that make sense. Not my strongest read, but I'm happy with it for now.
13. Vinyl. - Null. He's like, impossible to read. Go ahead, I dare you.
14. Nabe - Null. I find Nabe difficult to read in general. I will say that I don't see him being scummy yet.
15. PrivateJoker-Brown - Swag/town. Towniest towny who ever towned a town. Seriously guys, he's town.

There were a lot fewer nulls than I thought there were going to be.

Confused about why I'm town to him.

I'm like, looking back at this entire day phase, and I can't make two cents of why Zen and Kantrip wanted to vote for PJB if they presumably had earlier town reads on PJB in the first place. It makes no sense if they had him as Town earlier, so they're lying about their trust in PJB to save face for the fact that they prematurely dropped pressure from him without getting a good read. That being said...

I'm reading Kantrip/Zen as being salty because I'm not letting them have their way and because I've been open about their play and their limitations. PJB is still null and playing bad but is not an immediate threat (as I said earlier until Zen and Kantrip decided to derail my wagon on Kary and maneuver to PJB; smooth play, you two.) Kary is still scummy and despite Zen and Kantrip being hurr durr, I'd rather blow Kary out of the water first. I would like someone, or anyone, to somehow confirm that slot's alignment because it would be greatly appreciated.
