Meaning, If Dev won't stay Melee will fail -- If I do B+ I would have to get rid of the Melee event...I can't do 3 events in one day

If you don't have gas money....don't go.....you shouldn't be going to tournaments if you don't have MORE than enough money to go whether you win or lose

I suggest you figure out if your going...and Dev would you stay to let me use your laptop for Melee? If not I gotta drop that event....I only do them if I get the right help

I learned to appreciate it a LOT more since i left, i play WAY more melee now than Brawl- kinna sux cause i feel like im losing my Sonic prowess, and gaining falcon prowess... why not both?

Just run B+ as a side tournament or something. These tourneys can't possibly run for very long, there aren't very many people, and most of them aren't in contention for placing.

I used to think like that....until I realized the B+ is not Melee but is a faster version of Brawl, Melee has no where near the amount of characters or stages leaving much less to the imagination

Jigglypuff isn't "dominating" the game. Space animals are, as they always have, been dominating. Jigglypuff, people are discovering, is a great way to get around that issue.

And it's not Jiggz that's winning tourneys, it's Mango and Hbox. Show me other national or regional tournaments that those two puff players aren't winning.

Oh and Dr. PP is a baller.

Jiggs wins the biggest tourneys. Pound(s) Rom(s). Hbox and Mango. Jiggs is probably the best team-mate there is.

Darc should've beaten PP, I mean, I love PP but the phantom rest was ridiculous. I hate Jiggs so I'm glad PP won cause of it, but think how the results would have looked otherwise.

Although Mango has been using Falco mostly, and as he says "he doesn't need Puff"

When did space animals dominate exactly? Pretty sure Marth ruled from like the beginning till like, when M2K started to lose a lot. Ken was the best, then M2K was the best. Sure they had competition, and for spacies case we can say, PC Chris, Forward, Chillin, Shiz, LoZR, were all GREAT players and whatnot, but who was always the "best in the world?" Ken or M2K. Then came Mango. and Hungrbox now. Because they're playing Jiggs in ways nobody did before.

You're the one who is wrong, Crio. It's not only the skill of the players, some characters are better than others, and Jiggs is one of the best characters. Spacies are just more fun to play, that's why there are so many, but what does it matter if they can't beat Jiggs? or if the best Marth/Sheik can't beat Jiggs? or if the best Peach can't beat Jiggs?

I normally am very passive on people having other opinions but when you jump in my face and say I'm wrong, gettin' me pretty angry I can't lie. Um, I don't believe there's a character dominating in melee. And since when are space animals dominating? FALCO and PUFF are dominating the US, not the world. The best player in Japan right now is a marth player 2nd, 3rd and 4th is a fox, a falco, and a falcon. Europes best is a peach player, and the others is a sheik, a fox, and a falco. Mexico on the other hand is being ran by a fox and a falco. So Jiggs, Peach, Marth, anf Fox. I see no dominating char.

Fox and Falco are dominating. Look at the average Fox + falco tournament results as compared to ANY other character. Puff has gay things, that's sure. And Smash has ALWAYS been a franchise which rewards playing as gay as you can. This is no news. But people are learning how to cope with Puff, that's why Kage beat Mango. (imo, I mean nobody disrespect). People have gotten by on the sheer stupidity that Puff is capable of, now people are learning ways around it. It's an evolving metagame.
