Because coming onto the stage with 10-14 frames of usable invincibility is really, really good? Especially when you have a 1-frame unCCable JCable move that leads into monster combos and completely trashes anyone that tries to apply pressure on you near the edge from the ground?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i think double shines at low percents pop them up as if they didn't CC the shine at all, and mid percents put them in that weird floaty staring at you like wtf are you doing rise

Looks good to me. It seems like you go for shines all the time when aerials would get your opponent off the stage faster.
