I was asking because I wanted to know what you didn't like about s2. I used Maven as a comparison becuase he was null/inactiveDunno, I never mentioned having a problem with lynching Maven up until now. Some of the stuff he posted in #276 has its merits though and I actually think he's not that good a lynch. Incidentally, I like what Stu has posted in #270-272 as well and am starting to think that I'm being too lenient on Bardull, misreading his scumminess as poor play. Who knows.
Rake voted Maven without any accompanying message, but later said it was to 'pressure an inactive' which to me seems a very mild way of pressuring a slot. Rake's vote was also his first (and only?) 'push' of the game, whereas I have been pursuing a variety of directions. Why is Rake voting Maven suspect but you calling for a Maven lynch not?
His contributions up to the posts I've singled out have been very lackluster.I was asking because I wanted to know what you didn't like about s2. I used Maven as a comparison becuase he was null/inactive
Well to compare, my first game was a mini with about 7 people where inactivity was quite common spare for a few people, while this one is has 11 users, A good 90% of which are active. This game I'll admit to playing a little more cautiously than last game, as it seemed I was confusing the others with my leads due to it seeming like summarizations of everyone else's (Which I felt it kind of was).FireEmblem, however, does stick out to me. To answer Kary's question, I've played with FE before, and in that game he was very active, asking questions, throwing out reads and contributing. This game, he seemed to completly flip, and is ignoring everything going on. The only reads he's had was when Gheb asked him to read Joey/Bardull, where he was non-commital, and then posting again, ignoring everything that happened, to try and switch the conversation to two inactive slots. And even though I've seen him use the term null, he refereed to Potassium as town, when he's never played a game with the game and he had never posted. Maybe a reach, but that looks like a slip.
I really like Kary's slot in this game, Kary/Gheb are my two strongest town reads
I have FireEmblem as scum, Bardull/Rake as maybe scum.
Vote: FireEmblem
sorry for the inactivity world of warcraft sucked me in again
I'll claim this as my bad and back off on this. I read extremely literally and when someone says "Which of you two deserves to die toDay" I interpret that as you saying "these two should be our candidates for lynching toDay." Which wouldn't be a cool thing to say.I'm also not calling for a Maven lynch, in fact, I'm criticizing two slots for their lack of activity and suggesting that we lynch between them. If they both want to actually post and be active then I have no problem with letting them off the hook.
I have no idea what this is about. How did I lead FireEmblem??After having reread the game, I'll re-state(?) that I definitely do feel that Bardull led FireE early in the game and put words in his mouth and that stands out to me more than anything in this game as scummy. Also it really is amusing how often he uses phrases like "for the benefit of town" "the town intent" and such but I don't know how much weight to put on that. Very interested in what he has to say tonight.
vote Bardull
I knew someone would say that too but that's the truth of the matter. I'm not the kind of guy to use AtE however. From a personal standing, it's cool if finals was your focus and that's been affecting your play. Should definitely be your focus and **** mafia, it doesn't matter. None of us give a **** if your play was bad here, tear it up some other day. Just wanted to put this out there while you're rereading and this is entirely unrelated to the game.
From a game standpoint, I see more Appeal to Emotion than Backpedaling and I don't like bringing that up at all.
Seconding this choicePotassium, Gheb, Bardull are all town
This one thenUnvote
Gheb_01 is town aligned.
Yeah, makes sense, it's not a true or false statement tester, it's a "Lie Detector" as the words say. And can only test when people say something they can lie about. Because if you say something that you aren't sure is right or wrong, it would just pop up like that.In other words, I can not actually check three alignments at once, that would be downright game breaking.
