Yessss, that reveal was literally my favorite part in the midst of all this spoiled content. It's a bit disappointing, both amiibos I want aren't coming out in a while. Also, Dream land 64 is a small stage again. Will this affect tournaments?
Well it's been legal in every game it was in, so I think it will be included in competitive play. It does seem to be a bit smaller this time, but I can't say for certain as I never played much of the previous games it was in.

Yeah but, the characters all seem very big on the stage.
It doesn't look small enough to the point where it would impair a fight. Besides it was legal when it was a big stage and it wasn't to big, so I don't think it's to small.

I can get into the shop, but I can't actually buy Roy. But yeah there was no way the servers could take this level of hype exploding. I desperately hope Roy fills the void in my heart that Marth left. Not that I don't still play him, and I do still have a lot of fun doing so, but I also like not losing.
Thanks for being such a help to the community by uploading the frame data so quickly. Let's just hope he has a move that comes out earlier then frame 5.

I think Roy is better than Marcina, Robin, and Ike. His only notable weakness is recovery and its not that bad.
The sad part is that it looks like it can do most of what Ike can do, but better (Except for range, but at least Roy has not obvious Smashes)

MARTH'S JAB NOW ANGLES DIFFERENTLY AND HE HAS BETTER KO SCALING ON U-TILT. For reference, Marth's jab now registers as a true combo against Meta Knight for early-high mid percentages when it couldn't previously, and Marth's u-tilt kills CF at 150% in Training Mode when he couldn't previously.

I'm pissed and excited for character tweaks. I just don't like being surprised that hoo hah for character X no longer exists, or a new one does. I REALLY wish they'd give a tweak list and announcement. (also I hate losing replay data every 4 months)

So Forward air doesn't autocancel in a short hop, but you can double jump before you hit the ground. And raising fair into Double Edge Dance is a combo and does 25%+. So is fair into Blazer I think. Flare Blade has rather low ending lag and hits below the edge. I think it can hit people during the 1 frame vulnerability window as well. Roy seems really good, the sourspots still sound like noodles, but they're slightly drier. Heck, sourspoted f-tilt still does more damage then Mario's f-tilt.

Disjointed hitboxes where universally nerfed in smash 4 baring a few exceptions. That's one of the reasons why characters like Mario and Luigi who got shut down by disjoint are so much better now.

I bought the huge $30 bundle for Wii U and 3DS, here's my thoughts:
1. Lucas isn't as fun as I expected him to be.
2. Ryu is meh cause I won't bother to look up street fighter combos.
3. Miiverse and Dream Land should be legal.
4. Zero Mii costume is awesome.
5. Roy is my new main, he's Melee Marth without a chaingrab
