Guys. Quick question. This is actually for fun. I got this idea from pizzadudemanguy's subscriber questions recently, about a live-action ssb movie.

If there was one, who would you want in the movie?

All I know is that I would want Natalie Portman to play Zelda/Sheik, Leonardo Dicaprio to play Villager, Danielle Radcliffe to play Pit, Amanda Seyfried as Peach, and Alan Rickman to play Ganondorf.

Superbrawler, no updates on the thing yet.

Any good movie needs Morgan Freeman.

It's not immunity, it's that these characters are characters that have established importance to the franchise enough to return for multiple games, which while I will not doubt that Brawl newcomers haven't established importance, especially thanks to Olimar and Pit, but I feel that these twenty characters are important to the franchise as a whole more. As for taking that into consideration between the two, you also need to remember that, and I'm sure that Sakurai knows this as well, that Falco is the most used character of the three although Wolf was better received, and that alot of people care for this character, especially when this character is a character that's been in multiple titles. Of course, that can only matter for so much, but it has to count for something in the least. Regardless, I feel that of the eternal twenty, in terms of importance, Falco is near the bottom in importance, especially since I'm sure upgrading Ganondorf and returning the big Melee stars, like already returning Peach and Bowser, is more important.

I just don't agree like most that being important to Smash Brothers is always as important as being important to the series Smash Bros is representing.

Bomberman is just not happening, no matter how much you try to convince yourself otherwise. It just isn't happening. Not when Pacman, Lloyd Irving, Professor Layton, and ESPECIALLY Sonic are competitors, all of which with far more popularity.

Besides, why in the world would you EVER replace Sonic for Bomberman? I mean, come on - it's Sonic...

EDIT: LOL at Noah putting me on his ignore list. Seriously, does Noah really hold THAT much of a personal grudge against people who don't share his opinions??? Come on, man... bygones be bygones.

This whole priority thing is not always within our reach of comprehension. Sakurai said it is almost guranteed we will get cuts, so I'd personally **** on his doorstep if Wii Fit Trainer got in over ANYBODY. (not really)

Honestly, if none of those characters get added onto the main playable roster, then Sakurai really doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to adding characters. That would be bad on so many levels.

That's a tough question, at least for me. Dixie Kong, maybe Toon Zelda, can't think of many others.

It's very unlikely that at least a few of those characters (including Mewtwo) wouldn't get in.

When she appeared as a fully fledged character in Kid Icarus Uprising and showed those who didn't normally play Kid Icarus how important she is to the series.

However, I admire your willingness to stick with it (especially with Bomberman) and continue to put Starfy on your roster. I don't think any of us should state that we can honestly grasp how Sakurai thinks and what priority really means to him, and if you think you do, then you're lying to yourself and all these fine people. That being said, you'd make the same statement and a whole lot more sense if you were to cut Wolf, the Ice Climbers, Diddy Kong and HALF of your newcomers before thinking that it's reasonable to say that Falco AND Sonic are both gonna be dismissed because Sakurai's unpredictable.

People complaining that certain characters didn't get in and proclaimed that the developers alienated the fans because of spiteful ignorance. It has happened because people didn't really keep their desires intact, and as such they became upset when everything didn't become a reality. It has already happened twice, and unfortunately for the stubborn people out there it's going to happen again whether you like it or not.

Mewtwo's on my shelf alongside Ironman, The Scarecrow and Donatello. Dr. Mario and Roy are in the fond memories of those who never got past a Gamecube and moved on because "all I wanna play is Call of Duty now. Pass me a beer, noob." My point being, we all have our list of awesome characters and I'm gonna argue my case before those who've lost sight of the fact that Falco and Sonic should be at the top of everyone's. With Mewtwo of course...

Just experimenting more with my roster. The comment I got that I really thought about was, "the number of newcomers is the lowest, lower than even the first SSB." So, I just added a few more characters, gave it a Random and Custom button for aesthetic purposes, and messed around with the order to fit it.
