Actually that was just Melee and it was probably because Lucas was the newest one. I don't see how this serves any relevance to Ninten being unlikely as Ness has never risked removal based on time constraints as far as we know, we can only assume that wasn't the case since the term "replaced" was used. Sakurai clearly didn't want to replace Ness in Brawl.

Is this a serious question???????????????????????? If so let me point out the obvious:
Ok makes sense, I liked Luigi better anyway.

I have a new subject: Who would be more prioritized? Falco or Wolf? Explain why in great detail.
Ooh, toughie. Okay, I think Wolf would be more prioritized.

I personally believe all three will be back, but Falco and Wolf are no shoe-ins. That being said, if one of them had to go, I would say it should be Falco. And being a veteran doesn't do jack-diddly-squat. Falco is the cloniest of the two of them. And, on top of that, Wolf is a different fighter (he feels really different playing as him), and important to the franchise. The villain is more important than the sidekick. In fact, here's the breakdown:

Main Hero (Fox) > Main Villain (Wolf) > Sidekick (Falco) > Love Interest (Krystal) > Everyone else.

If we were brought down to two SF characters, I think it should be Wolf and Fox.

It's good to see that the legendary FeliciaFan loves my roster and I have been seeing all of your videos lately, especially the one that bashes a certain Ridley non-beleiver.
Legendary? Please, I think that's a little too much credit. XD Glad you like the videos though.

If he doesn't censor himself, we can ban him.
That'll be fun.
Sadly the censor is built in...see...**** **** **** **** **** ****...there...it did it on its own.

Guys... I sent him a message inviting him on his YouTube Channel. Hurry! Get rid of these last few pages!
Uuuhhhhh....problem...how do we get rid of the last few pages if we can't delete comments?

I'm not asking who we like better, though. I wanna know who we genuinely think Sakurai would pick and not JUST based off move sets.

I seriously think Falco.
Higher priority in Brawl, is a veteran, and overall means more to Smash and probably Sakurai as well.

Wolf. Is the best chance we have at an actual Starfox villain, is more deeply connected to Fox than Falco is, and is alot more diverse a character than Falco. If Wolf had a different special set, he'd be entirely different from Fox.

I meant keep posting until we get far away from this page.
Sounds reasonable...so...Ridley...Ridley Ridley Ridley...Ridley this Ridley that...Ridley with a side order of Ridley fries...do you want a Ridley shake with that? Oh yes...Ridley...

If he had different specials, none of us would think he's going anywhere.
But he doesn't have different specials, sooooo...

Then again Falco plays a bigger role and is more recurring overall. I forget which character is more loved.

Falco shouldn't have that much priority since Wolf is way more well received than him moveset-wise in Brawl. Not to mention he prefers the air, yet he has a friggin Landmaster like the rest of the Space Furry Trio. -_-

If Falco returns (which I hope he does, personally) Arwing for his new Final Smash. That's unquestionable.

(I'd still miss the line, "Personally, I prefer the air!" though)

I love how I asked if we could talk about Falco VS Wolf WITHOUT bringing up moves and that's exactly what doesn't happen.:facepalm::facepalm:

OKAY! LET ME START OVER!!!!!

Who is more prioritized? Falco or Wolf

Do not bring up moves or veteran status. At least TRY to sound reasonable.

Falco.
More prioritized in Brawl.
That's all the evidence that can be used without moveset or veteran status.
Sakurai doesn't really care about game importance too much.

Both are going to roughly evenly prioritized this time around. I mean, someone might say Wolf would be lower priority, but he doesn't really have a negative stigma going on like say Jigglypuff or Toon Link have at the moment, and having an almost entirely original moveset doesn't hurt either.

Why is it unreasonable to assume Sakurai wants to return the eternal Twenty? Aside from that, I'd say they're about even. Considering Wolf was received better than Falco in Brawl, I'd say he's climbed up from being one of the lowest priority characters in the previous game. I'm not sure if that's enough to say he's above Falco, but he's got to be up there somewhere, most likely the highest priority of the three final characters of Brawl at this point. It all depends on where Sakurai places the eternal twenty in terms of importance and if they're above everyone else.

On the other hand, Falco does have a better personality and taunts than that Cornell ripoff. So Mordecai's Brooklyn cousin should stay in the roster for good.

I see no negative sigma for Toon Link.

Never heard all the 64 and Melee veterans called the Eternal 20 before. I need to start using that.

I'd say Wolf would be, since he was apparently more important to include in the game than Mewtwo or Roy, despite both of them being in Melee,

It's unreasonable to assume he would take ONLY that into consideration when picking between the two. What exactly did Sakurai do that remotely implied that Melee veterans from Brawl have some sort of immunity?

It's not immunity, it's that these characters are characters that have established importance to the franchise enough to return for multiple games, which while I will not doubt that Brawl newcomers haven't established importance, especially thanks to Olimar and Pit, but I feel that these twenty characters are important to the franchise as a whole more. As for taking that into consideration between the two, you also need to remember that, and I'm sure that Sakurai knows this as well, that Falco is the most used character of the three although Wolf was better received, and that alot of people care for this character, especially when this character is a character that's been in multiple titles. Of course, that can only matter for so much, but it has to count for something in the least. Regardless, I feel that of the eternal twenty, in terms of importance, Falco is near the bottom in importance, especially since I'm sure upgrading Ganondorf and returning the big Melee stars, like already returning Peach and Bowser, is more important.

Guys. Quick question. This is actually for fun. I got this idea from pizzadudemanguy's subscriber questions recently, about a live-action ssb movie.

If there was one, who would you want in the movie?

All I know is that I would want Natalie Portman to play Zelda/Sheik, Leonardo Dicaprio to play Villager, Danielle Radcliffe to play Pit, Amanda Seyfried as Peach, and Alan Rickman to play Ganondorf.

Superbrawler, no updates on the thing yet.
