This thread moves way too quickly for me to keep up. Now let me try and tackle this beast here.
So you're NOT being rude? Also, why did you post the definition? Because I posted the definiton of idea? Why are you copying what I did? I posted the definition because it was used out of context. You posted rude because?
don't speak about recency because I'm not sure you understand how to apply it to arguments and when not to.
As if YOU ever did?
those guys are too iconic for most people to not see why they won't be gone.
Pokeballs were made to rep more Pokemon.
Reeeeeeeeeally? Are you SURE???
You're ignorant if you think that cuts will happen. They won't happen due to lack of space
Then why DO they happen? Also why is it ignorant to think cuts will happen when Sakurai told us "Not every character may return from Brawl."
As for the rest. I'm perfectly aware why Pokemon Trainer should stay. Excuse me for trying something new. Next time all consult the leauge of super speculators before posting something, as to avoid people taking it more seriously than a troll in a YouTube comment of a Mario game.
Also I can't answer all of your posts if my inbox is full of Gif's and rants. I can't read them ALL
Next time come up with an organized list of SUGGESTIONS. And then I will read and respond accordingly.
First, the definition was to mock you. Since you insulted our intelligence as if we don't know what "idea"means. So I did the same thing to you, with a word that applies to how you post and react to us. Sorry if that went over your head.
Here is everything we didn't like about your roster in list form. Ya know, since you can't read it unless it's perfectly organized.
Here's Hotfeet and many of our issues with it (copy & pasted from Hotfeet's post):
If you're going to have a Pokemon Trainer, you keep the Kanto Trainer (Kanto Trainer is THE trainer & by far the most iconic)
Too many Fire Emblem characters as it should not match Zelda and Pokemon (FE is not that big of a series, anything more than 3 is too much)
Bomberman will never happen before Snake (nuff said)
Sonic's chances of returning are so high they might as well just confirm him (obviously)
Mewtwo's already being considered so making him DLC is pointless (Read all the other DLC posts as to why it's stupid to make him DLC)
Get rid of the idea of Skull Kid because it will never happen (It won't happen. I 100% guarantee it.)
The Dry Bowser idea is just bad in itself (The final smash thing is stupid. A costume on the other hand is a great an welcomed idea.)
Nobody wants to play as DK. Jr before Dixie Kong
Why the hell are 8-bit Mario and Metal Mario considered ideas (Ideas of what? I don't understand what that means. Metal is redundant, and I'd argue Doc has better chances than an 8-bit)
Here's my personal issues:
Don't plan DLC characters from the start, it's stupid. Especially if you're talking about cuts. DLC is the exact opposite of cuts. They won't cut somebody just to make them DLC.
Cuts aren't final. You're ignorant if you think that cuts will happen. They won't happen due to lack of space, and Sakurai himself doesn't like them.
*to add here, cuts for Roy and Mewtwo probably happened due to time. Hence why they had large amount of data while the other Forbidden 7 didn't. Thinking major character will be cut because of any reason but time is stupid.
Gen 1 Pokemon just happened to make the biggest impact on the series. Pikachu is staying. Jiggs is most likely staying now. Mewtwo is most likely making a return. (See what I did there?) PKMN Trainer isn't going anywhere when he is repping Red and has Charizard. Sorry if those guys are too iconic for most people to not see why they won't be gone. Pokeballs were made to rep more Pokemon.
Next time don't just pick out the words of mine you want to use. Quote the whole thing you're addressing. So here it all is, listed and all. Now how about you become civil and just address these thoughts and opinions, instead of just raging, being rude, insulting us, or blatantly ignoring things. If you've argued a point already, do it again. This thread's massive and moves quickly. Doesn't hurt to put your arguments up here instead of saying, "Oh it's back 50-100 pages, why didn't you read it?"
