That, an assist trophy, a generic item, or a final smash.

Side Special anyone? o.o
It's not a final smash, or his eyes would be glowing yellow. That, an assist trophy, a generic item, or a final smash.
There's already PKMN Crossing.Pokemon X Animal Crossing!
Maybe it's not finished? It's not a final smash, or his eyes would be glowing yellow.
I would play dat ****. I can imagine luigi trying to suck up golurk XDall this talk about crossovers makes me want a Luigi's mansion type game where you catch ghost pokemon
I don't expect Sakurai to show unfinished stuff in a daily picture...Maybe it's not finished?
But it's humorous.I don't expect Sakurai to show unfinished stuff in a daily picture...
It is finished, Samus and Wii Fit Trainer both were glowing before their final smash.Maybe it's not finished?
Two completely different characters doing their respective final smashes with everything added in does not mean that another characters is ready you know.It is finished, Samus and Wii Fit Trainer both were glowing before their final smash.
My roster. I had a few ideas that were cut and I'll explain them after you see this image!

Lucario's placement on the roster makes no sense, but that's because I intended for Roy to be there but then I figured, four Fire Emblem swordsmen? Overkill and no need. He's next to Mewtwo however so it's not so bad.
R.O.B is there since it's basically a row of 'support Mario/WarioWare characters'. He appeared in Mario Kart DS so I figured he could be there. He was originally on Little Mac's spot until I decided to put the fighter in. If I had stuck with my original plan, Dr. Mario would be below Paper Mario with Wario and Ashley going down a peg, with R.O.B taking over Little Mac's spot who I didn't even put in there originally.
But BEFORE Little Mac, there was Samurai Goroh. That would have meant that Yoshi would be in Wario's current position with him and Ashley following suit below him. Falcon's row would have been between Pikachu and Marth's. R.O.B would be in Mac's position.
No Lucas, but someone had to go unfortunately...
Pokémon Trainer is still there, just in the shape of the recent generation female trainer. I figured that Kanto, Hoenn and Kalos reps is a good spread amongst the Pokémon world in Smash.
Yes I like Krystal, sue me!
The row goes like this: Support Mario characters, Mario, DK, Zelda, Metroid/Kid Icarus, stand-alone characters that are veterans, Kirby (+Villager), Star Fox, Pokémon, Fire Emblem (+ Lucario), Retro/Other, Third Party.
The red squares are for the unlockable veteran characters. The yellow lines represent unlockable new characters. As you can see, almost every Melee veteran (with the exception of Ganondorf) are starting characters. Dedede now becomes a secret character because I figured it was a good fit.
That's 47 characters with 20 of them being secret characters. I'm happy with those numbers!
I think you should. Despite being an Ashley fan, I don't see Wario series getting another rep.On second thought, I should have replaced Ashley with Lucas, move Yoshi to Wario's spot which drops him a square and have Falcon lead his row of Ness, Lucas and Olimar between Pikachu and Marth. Oh well, I do like Ashley so why not? Albeit it's more realistic to see Lucas than her!
10 bucks says thats the Gen 6 posterboy.http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/07/19/what-is-game-freaks-new-collaboration
Apparently, Gamefreak is having a crossover with Pokemon with another Franchise, Hoping it's FE x Pokemon.
I honestly doubt that.10 bucks says thats the Gen 6 posterboy.
Huh...Even though I knew about a while back, no SSE styled adventure is the MOST devastating thing about this game
True, but don't tell me you are gonna be sad there's no more epic movies of interaction between Nintendo Characters.Huh...
Most people like that there is no SSE. It means we have space for other things. Like characters....
But there are....True, but don't tell me you are gonna be sad there's no more epic movies of interaction between Nintendo Characters.
We make our own epic interactions.True, but don't tell me you are gonna be sad there's no more epic movies of interaction between Nintendo Characters.
Yeah, that's not really what I'm talking about. But there are....
We have stuff like this.
A typical Wii U disc can hold over 25 GB per layer, using only a single layer you can store all of the data in Brawl 3 times over easily. And possibly reduce the need for a dual-layered disc for Wii U like Brawl had.
It shows more of the character's personalities' than SSE ever did.Yeah, that's not really what I'm talking about.
Since, when???It shows more of the character's personalities' than SSE ever did.
The characters weren't the characters we loved. They were some weird emotionless version of themselves...
Ah, Noah. Always the exaggerator with the emoticons. I did love the SSE, despite its flaws, but I won't miss it too much for some reason. I hope the new adventure mode is at least like Melee's, but longer.Even though I knew about a while back, no SSE styled adventure is the MOST devastating thing about this game
Daayum. That's gonna be a lot of free space.A typical Wii U disc can hold over 25 GB per layer, using only a single layer you can store all of the data in Brawl 3 times over easily.
Eh, I think you're exaggerating, really. They were some weird emotionless version of themselves...
The Adventure mode in Melee was actually really lazy, in fact most of the stages were stages from the normal game.Ah, Noah. Always the exaggerator with the emoticons. It was pretty good for an optional extra mode in a fighting game at that time (that didn't get nearly as much attention as Brawl's adventure mode). Sure it got pretty repetitive after multiple playthroughs, but with the different worlds and unique enemies, it felt a lot more like what I picture an Adventure mode in a Nintendo crossover to be, traversing multiple established Nintendo universes. It just needed to get expanded a bit (but for the time was perfectly adequate), unfortunately Brawl sort of went in the wrong direction with that...The Adventure mode in Melee was actually really lazy, in fact most of the stages were stages from the normal game.
Yeah, the only flaw with what you said is that it simply isn't true at all. With the exception of Mario and the 3 secret ones.had their personalities butchered.
had none whatsoever.
Missed opportunities was a problem, but there was nothing wrong with the cut scenes, they were epic and I loved the way Nintendo characters interacted with each other and did epic things. It's just going to be disappointing seeing new characters and wondering what it could have been like if they were in it. Not to mention it seems like a step backwards.Eh, I think you're exaggerating, really.
Except for Mario and few others, most of the characters were not that bad.
If you have the characters that's what matters. That's what made it better. It focused more on the characters we loved and less on their locations. And they went through pretty neat places. It was pretty good for an optional extra mode in a fighting game at that time (that didn't get nearly as much attention as Brawl's adventure mode). To be fair, G&W isn't really "meant" to have emotion, Toon Link, Jigglypuff, and Wolf don't even play a role in the SSE story, Sonic only appears at the last second, and Olimar doesn't show much emotion in the Pikmin games, either. (aside from a rare shocked expression where his eyes bulge out)had their personalities butchered.
had none whatsoever.
Like I said, they show emotions and character, just missed opportunities. To be fair, G&W isn't really "meant" to have emotion, Toon Link, Jigglypuff, and Wolf don't even play a role in the SSE story, Sonic only appears at the last second, and Olimar doesn't show much emotion in the Pikmin games, either.
