Considering you got the gist of what Felicia is horribly wrong, no, there's no point in continuing if you're going to muck up what my favorite character represents.

So Felicia isn't a woman with cat-like characteristics? Well that's news to me...

We have quite a few choices from FE. Chrom, Lucina, and Roy seem to be the most likely. But even behind them we have about ten other possibilities we could "potentially" see happening. None of which would be like WFT. And, a lot of people were rooting for ROB for a while. I remember them specifically back during the Pre-Brawl era speculation.

And we could get another "Roy" situation, have Roy get in over Chrom, so on and so forth. It's not set in stone is all I'm saying, we can't completely predict what's going to happen and thus we can't be certain of the outcome.

And true, but remember that most believed at the time SSE tanked his chances.

Please don't talk about things you know nothing about, especially when it's alot more complicated than that, thanks. She's a beaskin, more human than animal in both appearance and personality, even with little animalistic quirks. I'm a hardcore Darkstalkers fan, I suggest not trying to tell me how my favorite characters work, because you're most definitely not going to be able out-do me in an argument.

Because comparing Sonic to Roy in terms of overall popularity and importance in inclusion is stupid, that's why. Why would you compare a fiery marth clone to one of the most famous videogame mascots?

Well, since there's nothing else to do, here's a new roster.

Always fun to critique your roster Hotfeet, I hope your teeth feel better.

Cut: Jigglypuff, Toon Link

- So I see Jigglypuff is gone in favor of Mewtwo to be a new Generation 1 Rep. If she did have to leave, I think it would be for this reason. But I'm still not sold that she won't be returning due to low priority, so I still think it's safe to assume that she'll be back.
- I've said I need to have said for Classic / Toon Link situation, Toon Link is just the option that makes more sense.

Newcomer list: Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, MegaMan, Bowser Jr., King K.Rool, Paper Mario, Impa, Classic Link () , Ridley, Mewtwo (Returning), Sylveon, Chrom, Dark Matter, Palutena, Takamaru, Little Mac, Shulk, Mike Jones.

- On Paper Mario, I just wanted to point out that I prefer the idea of him being a new Mario Spinoff character rather than being a default Mario character. So I like that decision.
- Dark Matter is an interesting choice, mainly because he's from a branch of the Kirby franchise Sakurai didn't help create. I like the character and design, but Kirby getting another character is too far of a stretch right now. I'd rather see this spot go towards a new unrepresented franchise.
- Mike Jones is different, I'll give you that. If you wanted to go for a "West vs East" style, I suppose that would be the way to go. But for a second retro character, my options would have always been Muddy Mole and Mach Rider. Mach Rider specifically because he could act as the "second" F-Zero character (As the franchise is considered the spiritual successor to Mach Rider). Then again, it could also go towards another unrepresented Nintendo IP, (Advance Wars / Rhythm Heaven / Chibi-Robo / Rolling Western, you know franchises like those).

I was using that as an example to imply that Roy was not high priority and didn't have much of a chance in the first place, and assuming he'll be in over an awakening character in Smash 4 is also unlikely.

Note that I never called her a furry, I used her as an example for why your reasoning for the differences between furries did not work. She is a catgirl and thus exhibits some cat-like characteristics despite being the most human out of any of the (slightly) beastlike characters. He's an example, he's still a very popular choice in Japan despite not being in the most recent game and because of that can get in before Chrom. I'm not saying he can but we have to consider the possibility and not make a defined prediciton.

Of course. I'm not saying it's "inevitable" like someone else did, just that the reason Roy wasn't in Brawl wasn't the SSE or anything like that, and that an awakening character at this point seems more likely.

First, I don't think get 2 AC reps. I also think that Pokemon Trainer stays. He's the main character of the franchise, and uses some of the most popular and recognizable Pokemon. I also don't think we get Anna. You put her in as a unique choice, but there are main characters that are unique such as Lyn. My recommendation though, is to keep Ike in. He was unique in Brawl and was a popular character. Other than that, it's a good roster.

So uh to move on from the chrome hate and furry talk who do you think gets high priority in sakurai's eyes? Popular characters, Unique characters newcomer's or highly requested characters? After the Iconic original 8 are done of course.

The original 20 (Original 12 + 8 Melee newcomers) always have the most priority, but to answer your question, I think it's a fair balance of all of them put together.
