Yeah, when I first joined, everyone was going crazy with "Roy's our boy," now it seems like most people have accepted the utter importance of Fire Emblem: Awakening, so in spite of Chrom, they support Robin instead. Seems like a fairly new trend. Lyn has also resurfaced in hopes of a different Fire Emblem character.

I actually supported Lyn before I came here, then when I came here I started supporting Roy, and then back on Youtube, I also started supporting Robin. So, if we had 4 FE characters, Roy and Robin would be my additions.

Well I don't even use him as a keep away character unless I feel like I have to. I actually perform combos with him, which many find weird. Arthur for Smash Bros.

Here's something I'm wondering about: Is Rosalina summoning her Luma going to be her neutral special? And if it is, does that mean Kirby will take her ability to summon a luma after being swallowed? And then Kirby will just be walking around with a Luma? And what if Kirby tries to swallow the Luma? Will Kirby become star-shaped? A Luma is something inbetween Nana and the Pikmin. And I believe Nana is swallowable and the Pikmin are not... so where does the Luma stand in all of this?

Here's something I'm wondering about: Is Rosalina summoning her Luma going to be her neutral special? And if it is, does that mean Kirby will take her ability to summon a luma after being swallowed? If I were to guess, the Luma can't be grabbed, so Kirby would have to copy Rosalina herself to get any of her special moves. Hopefully, Kirby can do more with the Luma than what he does with the Pikmin.

In the original, Mario and Pokemon added 2.
In Melee, Mario and Zelda added 3. And Pokemon and Fire Emblem added 2.
In Brawl, Kirby and Pokemon added 2.

Do you think we could see this happening again?
If so, which series?
I see it as a possibility for Metroid, Donkey Kong, and Fire Emblem.

I doubt it. The only times that happened were when adding characters that were essential (or just Pokemon, haha). The only franchise I can see this happening to is Donkey Kong, because you could argue that. Both Dixie and K. Rool are essential, but I still doubt it.

Here's an interesting topic I'd like to know everybody's opinion on. Is there anything you disagree with on the tier list? I mainly think that Kirby and Zelda should be higher. Thoughts?

I can reasonably see Mario and Donkey Kong. Maybe Pokemon if we count Mewtwo.

DKC's the only one I can imagine that would get than 1 more rep. FE's probably staying at 2, and Metroid, while I suppose possible, unlikely.

DK I see dixie and/or k. Rool being added (wish it was just krool). Mario got no reps in brawl so I see a 6th rep in most likely bowser jr. Pokemon is getting mewtwo back but he isnt a newcomer so I see a new pokemon rep especially since the roster was finalized around gen 5 (around victinis movie )

Hatsune Miku has a game on the 3DS right? I would love if she had at least a song or two in the game, since I know Sega won't get another rep at all.

Also:
I think DK gets 1 new rep and Fire Emblem and Mario get 2. Pokemon will only get one, as a new Pokemon Trainer. I dont think any others will get 2 though.

With all the complaints against Rosalina about "too many Mario characters", I'm not so sure Sakurai will add Bowser Jr, but the fact that we've seen all 5 by 2013 does mean it's a possibility. I honestly think DK will for sure. Heck, I think it would be cool to see 4 slots but 5 characters. Donkey Kong, Diddy and Dixie Kong, Cranky Kong, and King K Rool. I think DK is the most likely to get expanded. FE could easily stick to 3, but there is so much potential. FE and Pokemon have all of these amazing characters that can never make it due to balancing series. FE options: Chrom, Lucina, Robin, Anna, Tiki, Lyn, Roy, Micaiah, Ephraim, Eirika, Lissa... yet they can't add that many, probably only one. And for Pokemon: Gardevoir, Blaziken, Zoroark, Deoxys, Zorua, Yveltal, Sylveon, Eevee, Raichu, Pancham, Hawlucha, Meowth, Mudkip, Grovyle, Genesect, Victini, Meowstic, and Espurr would be great, but we're likely to stick to the returners except Pichu. This is sort of why I get mad when people say they should stick to the roster size of Brawl or maybe lower. Or only having around 40 characters. The wasted potential, when they could easily pick more characters for each future installment anyways. I want to see a lot of new this time around, and I hope (most likely) everybody returning won't hurt the chances of new non-clone characters getting added.
