I want the Stage Builder to have more themes and more stage parts. Maybe my imagination will become bigger.
I loved the stage builder, my sister is extremely artistic, we used to attempt to re-create other stages in other games. She actually used the blocks to "draw" things like cats. That was one of my favorite stages, fighting on a giant cats back. The backgrounds are the most important to me, the 3 defaults get really old fast. I wish we could use backgrounds from in game (like the moonlight cliff on Luigi's mansion).

Why? because the lame stage builder?
Algo me dice que te gusta la idea de los Miis XD
Nope, because all the different options for the fights.
Fight with time, stocks, stamina or coins... or combined.
Fight with overpowered stuffs, with items or sudden death (brawl+ sucks lmao).
Fight with handicap... everybody loves handicap!!!!

No game comes close to this level of customization in fights, so, customization = smash, play how you want, make it your toy, is the whole philosophy of the game, so even if its lame, Stage Buidler was the next step.

Me gusta la idea de los miis pero tampoco me voy a morir si no aparecen, no lo veo como una necesidad, cosa que si hace esta gente xD

Yeah. I also thought it would be nifty if you could create your own custom background with a photo or picture.

I agree with ya there mate, the stage builder needed more into it, it was nice, but after awhile it just seemed a little . . . . . plain? I don't know the word to describe it, but I think you get the picture,

It was also way too small, they should expand the amount of blocks you can have. They can put a limit on weird gimmicky things like the wheel or the treadmills, but there isn't a lot of room for just normal blocks. We always had to use the biggest setting for our designs.

I always wanted a much bigger stage size also, I always wanted to make full length obstacle course for characters, maybe use it for Smash Machinima also. (Also Miis would be much awesome to use for actors)

Maybe "forced"? everything in brawl feels too forced, like if they dont want you to be creative.

I agree with that sentiment, it felt like it was tacked on last minute to be honest. I am still glad they added it, but anything is an improvement at this point.
Considering I only expect Stage Builder to be on the Wii U version of the game...there damn well better be an improvement. The main thing that needs to be added is variety, variety in items and backdrops, and hell, even some themed items would be nice. I'd love to put together a stage that mixes in things like Metroid and Zelda. Or hell, what if you could add your own stage hazards? A multiple music playlist instead of just one song? More free placement that isn't entirely set to a grid, there's SO DAMN MUCH I can think of that would go good with this...sadly, I feel as if less than half, if anything, I mentioned is actually going to happen.

Good afternoon all. I've been playing MKWii a lot today. While I was racing, what did I miss?
It's more evening over here, but whatever. What you missed was mainly, before I got here myself, jibber jabber, artwork of Dark Matter, a couple of rosters from myself and RoysOurBoy, and now the discussion of how much of a bitter disappointment Stage Builder was.

Rhythm Heaven character, y/n

These are all the "not quite realistic or likely, but still not entirely goddamn out there" characters I could think of.

Thanks for getting me up to speed on this thread.

As for the Stage Builder, I liked it at first, but after a while I realized how much potential it truly had. If it returns I'm hoping it would be far better than it was in Brawl. I don't like the stage builder in Brawl all that much, but I don't hate it either.

I support the Wrestler and reporter duo, it'd be fun to see a character who fights with poses and almost-accidental fighting. Reminds me of Phoenix Wright in UMVC3, although Wrestler looks more than capable to fight on his own merits. Regardless, a timing-based fighting style is something we haven't seen before, and seeing as Rhythm Heaven is all about timing and rhythm, I ain't got no problem with it. Sadly...there's no Roster Maker icon for Wrestler and Reporter. :c

And... Miis.
As I said...random Jibber-Jabber. :p

Dillon seems to have the most to offer. Mechanics like digging and a Western flavor.
Dillon is probably one of those often overlooked choices, but at the same time he's a very strong choice. I guess from my prospective at least I like the character due to the brutal nature of his combat.

I really think Dillon is a very possible newcomer. Two outings on the 3DS? And he's pretty unique looking. A western-theme is also lacking in the game, so it all adds up IMO. Him and / vs Takamaru as an Event Mission (called East meets West) is just bound to happen too. :p

I think the problem with Dillon is that he is from a very small eShop series that hasn't really became extremely popular yet.
He could also end up becoming very similar to Sonic. I can see him being very different also, but the rolling, you know.

Oh, but didn't you know?! If you're a character that looks/acts like another character that's already in the game, you're destined to be a clone! It's tradition after all. :awesome:
