If Olimar being in the 3DS version says so, then they might get around that issue with the Ice Climbers.
I'd say Dedede. He's overall more important than Meta Knight.
Probably Dedede. Like Scatman said, he's more important overall.

The 3DS isn't as limited as people think, if that was the case Sakurai wouldn't make a Smash Bros game on it, he above all else should know where its limitations are since he worked on Uprising.
The 3 Pikmin limit actually makes sense since they are much bigger this time around and having 5 Pikmin would be overkill in terms of Olimar's recovery and balance in this game. Unless, Sakurai has another idea of a recovery for him. In the end, we just have to wait and see by mid 2014 in order for him to spill the beans on the subject.

The screenshots of the past week were pretty cool.
At least the confirmation of Rosalina as a secret character in 3D World gave us something interesting to talk about.
As much as that sounds delightful, I do not see any new characters being revealed for a while. I can see Zelda being revealed next week but that is about it.
If Zelda gets revealed soon, when would Sheik be revealed?

And waiting for your Pikmin to come back after you throw them rather than having an extra 3 throws.
Sheik was the last character revealed before Brawl's release, so it'll probably be some kind of filler reveal again when they don't have anything else to reveal. I for one hope that she's revealed alongside Zelda, since she's the fun part of Zelda to me.
Honestly Golden, I think it's going to take a while to debunk the Americanized concept of a singular Toad as a character opposed to the species as a whole, particularly when there's been several playable Toads through people's childhoods that tended to get grouped together.

Unless your opponent is mentally handicapped, they'll usually die before they return to you, or alternatively do absolutely nothing and waste an attack.
Nothing but personal bias as far as I see it.
Whether or not your Pikmin die or haven't returned yet, you don't have 3 more to throw in the mean time.

I must say that I like this one, as it has every veteran from Smash (including the removed Melee characters), and has Ridley, Shulk, Sora, Cloud, Crash, and Spyro.
It also has the planned PSABR characters and a few playable Minions.
Krystal has a scary **** face.

The bigger concern with only having 3 Pikmin is for most attacks, because the bigger restriction providing less. The throw is not going to be heavily effected, but general attacks, aerials, and throws will be effected. Because one of the reasons why Olimar was really effective in Brawl was because of his Pikmin providing both diversity and unpredictability, combined with his generally tiny frame and effective aerial game and throws.
