Miley Cyrus is a real life person so she cannot get in Smash. Instead it will have to be a naked Mii.
I'm referring to very minor changes.

Well, I don't think a move set being easy to come up with makes it not unique. Mii's move set would be easiest to come up with and it'd be maybe the most unique one available.

I strive to keep my wants and my speculation as separate as possible. That, and Spear Copter seems to be conceptually and functionally identical to the two Up Specials showcased in today's very pic of the day.
The main thing Bandanna has going for him is the spear he wields, and as you may be aware a concept of a character wielding a lance/spear is a currently unexplored idea. If the prospective of gameplay is strong enough, then that should be the point of consideration. Not to mention we don't really have a Turtle archetype character yet on the roster.
I would love it. Though it seems very unrealistic at this point in time. If Pikmin 4 happens and Louie appears once again, however, I'd consider him a definite spot for SSB5.
I was talking more about the actual reaction and not opinions on likeliness. Although he might be good DLC.

I'd certainly love it every step of the way. Louie embodies the "Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass" character-type better than anyone else to my knowledge. Being an incompetent employee yet brilliant survivalist and whatnot. I could go on, but that's what my support thread for him is for!
Fans are greedy though, so they won't even give those characters a chance with DLC. Muh originality! Kill all alts & clones!!!

If the entire segment of the industry that uses pointless costumes and cosmetic changes as DLC is any good indication, then yes.
If it means keeping an alternate version of a character, that's really no different from the original other than their outfit, from taking up a roster slot that should go to someone more unique or deserving, then... Yes.
The only character that comes to mind is Dr. Mario.
