Luma respawn nerf in a nutshell:
That being said, I feel as though it was a warranted change. It might not harm Rosalina players all that much, but it promotes smarter play from Rosalina players to not lose their Luma, while it also gives a more beneficial reward to a player who manages to defeat her Luma. 8 seconds did feel a bit too short considering how Luma gives Rosalina a wide array of advantages that no other character possesses, simply by just existing. 13 seconds is a more reasonable amount, for both players.
