I've been thinking of getting a second monitor, so I can keep gaming on one while keeping track of Skype/whatever else on the other. Maybe even doing a triple-monitor set-up. Is this the same monitor that you got, Stephan? Having the option of built-in speakers is nice for if I take this out for a tournament or something.
Any suggestions and is this a pretty good price for a 23" monitor? I love my middle Samsung one, but finding another one of these is a total pain.

Also, I'm fine with either leaving on Friday or leaving Saturday morning. So far, Jack is the only one confirmed for my vehicle. The more people that go with me, the cheaper it'll be for gas since it'd only require, there and back, one refill.
Also for those that want to go home on the same day as we compete at the tournament, I'm fine with driving home the same night so we can get back around midnight/whatever time we get back.

just the way you're describing it gives me the impression that there's a diff reason why she doesn't want you to go, but gives other reasons to avoid an argument or w/e

I'm pretty sure leaving at 3 or 4 o'clock on Friday should be fine. But you HAVE to be ready to go. We don't want to be too late going in. Unless it's decided we go on Saturday morning. Either way, so long as you're ready for either one (it depends on what the housing situation is/if we just wanna go there and come back).
